I had the best experience at the perfume shop today! My limited edition daisy perfume recently ran out so I went in with a few ideas of what I might like but needed some help finding the perfect scent.
Anika was the sweetest and most helpful employee ever. She gave me great recommendations and spent a lot of time finding perfumes I would like. I especially appreciated her honesty when I asked her her opinions on specific perfumes I was smelling - I really valued her thoughts on what smelt best!
Every company should have an employee like Anika - she is the best!!! It was like shopping with a friend ☺️ I ended up buying one of the first perfumes she showed me, after a long while of searching, so proves that I should’ve gone with her suggestion from the start!

First time shopper to the perfume shop.
Having trailed around a few department stores and not finding a great selection or access to testers due to being locked up, and a lack of staff to assist , i then popped in to the shop in the St James Quarter.
Welcomed by the friendly assistant, Kush, she was a great help in helping me to choose an aftershave for my husband.
She was extremely patient when I was undecided and I wasn't felt rushed into making a selection. The choice and prices were amazing. I will be making this my first stop in future.

Cara - excellent customer service and and ambassador for the organisation
I was looked after by Cara in the Edinburgh store on Saturday 14th March. Cara was knowledgeable and patient and had excellent customer service. Promoted the discount scheme so I receive a 10% on my favourite Alien refill each time I visit which was a bonus! Cara exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return to The Perfume Shop as a result. A great ambassador for the organisation - well done Cara!

I was enticed firstly into the store by the window display, a pretty new product and its attractive price.
However, once inside I received a BRILlIANT, intuitive but relaxed service (no hard sell).
BTW She loves the fragrance and the Travalo refillable spray bottle was the perfect way for her to smell it without knowing what it actually was.
