Visited the Maidstone store today and can honestly say customer service still exists! Julie and Jackie took there time with us let us try multiple fragrances no pressure and was just a really great experience. We went away had a coffee, returned and bought exactly what we wanted and more! One of the reasons we came back was because of the customer service they were just the best thank you both for being such wonderful humans 🥰🥰🥰

Many vegan fragrance options.
I wanted to purchase vegan perfume and had researched a few that I wanted to test. Julie helped me narrow down my list but also recommended some others I hadn't realised were vegan. She was very patient and knowledgeable. This was a gift, so it took me awhile to chose. I would definitely shop there again.

Such great customer service from the Maidstone Store
Great customer service! Having struggled with ordering online, I rang the store. Julie offered help if I went into store & kindly put aside the perfume I required. When I arrived Jackie knew all about my call & served me giving help with our blue light card. She was so friendly & helpful. Julie then wrapped my perfume as it was a gift. It was beautifully wrapped too, I was so pleased! Both ladies couldn't have been more friendly or helpful if they'd tried! It makes such a change to have great customer service, which is sadly lacking nowadays! Thank you ladies, you are both a credit to your company!
