Spent over £300 between the perfume shop at Catcliffe Sheffield and online and my VIP points card does not reflect this after 2 weeks, I did not get any free samples to try or a free gift, very disappointed

My favourite store I came in for help for a present for my boyfriend I was served by the same woman who served me at Christmas with the same thing and she recognised me and immediately new something else to try that was similar she was so polite and welcoming and even showed me a giftset that was on offer so I was happy with my purchase I was served by Terri

I had a fantastic experience at the Rotherham perfume shop. The store has a great selection of fragrances, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. Saba was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and making some great recommendations. She made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left feeling confident in my purchase and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this shop, especially if you’re helped by Saba!

I thought I had already reviewed, it must be an age thing.
I have used The Perfume Shop twice lately, once in-store for my aftershave and once on-line to order my wife's perfume. Both experiences were faultless and the prices were great. My Burberry Weekend is not widely available now but the staff at Catcliffe sourced it for me and treated me like a VIP rather than a fussy old f@£t. The website was simple to use and I soon found the Coco Mademoiselle Eau de Parfum handbag spray with refills. The checkout was straightforward even for a 76 year old.
There were ads and suggestions but no hard sell. That means they will get all our repeat business.
