I went to the Leeds trinity branch and i had the most fun interaction with excellent customer service. The lady who helped me was called Jodie she was amazing took her time to understand what i was looking for and what i iked to help choose my purchases

The fantastic customer service
The fantastic customer service. I was served by Jody who was very friendly, helpful and had great product knowledge. I found the perfect gift for my daughters birthday. Good deals to be had..
Brilliant offer on a Jean Paul Gaultier perfume I’d never tried - La Belle Paradise Garden. Basically around half the price it should be. I went in store at Trinity Leeds, to smell it, it’s a lovely fresh perfume. The guy who assisted me was very helpful and arranged for the perfume to be delivered to my house. It literally arrived a few days later. He also introduced me to the new Divine Couture perfume which I’ve fallen in love with. That is now on my list as a Mothers Day present!

I ordered an item online and was missing on store collection
I ordered an item online and received an email confirming it was ready for collection. When I arrived in store, I informed the sales advisor, who then went away to locate my order. I was left waiting for over 30 minutes with very little communication or updates. Eventually, I was told that my package could not be found. When I explained that I did not want a refund, there was still no explanation for what had happened, no apology for the inconvenience, and no information provided about what the next steps would be. I was simply issued a refund anyway. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of customer care.

I had such a great experience at the perfume shop thanks to Jodie and Maleehah! I told them a bit about my mum and dad their ages and the kinds of scents they like and they helped me pick out the perfect perfumes for both of them. They gave really helpful advice on the best options for value and quality, and even wrapped the gifts beautifully. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!
