We didn’t know what to expect on the day, but the whole experience exceeded our expectations for a hen party hosted at our Airbnb. Alyssa was amazing - she was knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything fun and personal. We left with scents we absolutely love. Highly recommend The Perfume Studio, especially with Alyssa.

The experience itself was fun, well managed and interesting. However I'm disappointed with the quality of the fragrance produced at the end. It doesn't last long on my skin, so I'm a bit disappointed with the end result. I really like the initial scent, just wish it lasted longer.

Book it! I booked this as part of my hen do and it was fantastic. All of the instructors were fantastic and so friendly. We were all happy with our perfumes and I will definitely be booking again.

It was so much fun being able to design your own scent! Thoroughly enjoyed - I got this as a gift and came on my own but everyone was really welcoming and I loved discussing all the notes with others at my table :)

First of all the customer service is outstanding! I made the mistake when booking and didn't check my emails to know that the booking did not go through. Perfume studio had emailed me several times before it was cancelled. By the time I checked my emails it was very late. I had booked for a special occasion. The staff at Perfume Studio were so courteous when I contacted them on their webchat. They responded almost immediately despite it being after hours. They put me on the waiting list and prioritised my request. It was a very human approach, unlike automated answers. The workshop itself was very well organised. The workshop leader Sarah was very knowledgeable and a great presenter. Our party really enjoyed the session and were surprised with the final product. It was a lovely experience for all of us.

Had such a warm welcome from Jax when registering on arrival, she was so friendly, knowledgeable and engaging.

The room was full of perfume enthusiasts and Jax thoroughly explained the process and different scents, it was so easy to follow and such an interesting 2 hours.

I left with my perfect scent, all the smells and flavours that I adore…I just wish I’d ordered a bigger bottle!

I would definitely recommend this experience, not only will your own personal scent be kept on file for you to order in the future but you get to learn about how different scents have shaped the perfume industry as a whole.

This gift experience was really well received and the experience was on thr whole very positive. Nice welcome drink, environment and good energy. However between each section it felt like we stepped into the Shopping Channel such was the heavy upselling, and this got v annoying plus took away time from the substance of the day so then was rushed at end. I sense people would still upgrade and buy drinks without such a hard-sell. While my gift recipients loved it, it would make me think twice about going again/booking again as spoils the flow and tone.

Excellent experience, team were very informative and friendly.
Venue brilliant and a short distance from Lime Street station.
We thoroughly enjoyed our morning creating different perfumes.
It was amazing to see how many different fragrances were created by our group, using different combinations from the same variety of scents.
Such a lovely way to spend a day with friends.
To be able to take your own personalised perfume home was even better. I did upgrade to the larger size at additional cost.
Maybe more cost effective to add larger size on booking.
Glass of Prosecco and fresh juices provided too!
So what’s not to like!

Had a lovely afternoon with my daughter learning all about perfume base, middle, and top notes - far more interesting than I expected. Helen was a fantastic host, creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere as we explored different blends and chose our favourites. We’re both really pleased with our perfumes and refillable atomisers, and we’ve already been recommending the experience to friends.

Fantastic experience and being able to create something totally unique is always amazing. The team were hugely helpful, very knowledgeable and looked after us very well.

Great experience with a great host. Fantastic to learn the knowledge behind perfume making and the class ran like clockwork. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would do it again.

Really loved the experience but the delivery could have been improved. A little too slow, no room for fun or discussion amongst tables which was disappointing. Often felt like we were being told off before we had the chance to do anything. However I’ve designed a lovely perfume I’m glad to be taking home.

What a really lovely day. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to wear my fragrance out and about.

Lovely experience wasn't sure what to expect. Good for men and women .. Lovely to see some men in the crowd. Would have invited my partner up if I'd known.

We were warmly welcomed into the venue and made to feel comfortable.
We were introduced to the making of perfume which was interesting and fun.
After we had selected our fragrances we were advised as to the amounts to use and we are both really happy with our perfume.
Only one very small note, we did have to wait a fair time for a bottles to be made so perhaps a choice of snacks could be used as we were becoming quite hungry during the wait.

Wow - we were overly impressed before we even walked into the room! Met by our host within the Radisson Hotel, Manchester - myself and my daughter were offered a lovely free drink, champagne for me and orange juice for her! Our host was calm, clear and soo informative throughout, as well as being incredibly welcoming and warm. They also arranged an extra free birthday gift for my daughter which was extremely generous, a beautiful atomiser pen! She's in love with her perfume as well as the gift, my perfume is stunning also. We were impressed yet again by being provided the option of a coloured atomiser bottle to our taste, for our 20ml fragrance to take away. The setting was collaboratively arranged with other friendly people on the same table which allowed for shared discussion and excitement over the individual scents sampled.. the bespoke note cards for our own recording of preferences was yet another personal touch! I purchased a 2nd glass of champagne for only £2 and the customer service was exceptional throughout! Aimee was the best host, thank you Aimee!

I went with my niece to the Perfume Studio in London as I was gifted the Gold experience for two, where we each get a 5ml bottle of our bespoke perfume. It was a fantastic experience. We had welcome drinks to settle us into the afternoon and the time passed by quickly as we were expertly guided about the elements of great perfume. It ran from 11am -1pm and in the end, I upgraded so I could get a 30ml bottle of the incredible perfume I made! My niece was so happy and created a scent that she will forever love.

From start to finish i so enjoyed the experience. Amy, Heather and Kate made the day so perfect. Amy was just the perfect host, her experience and expertise were second to none. The smells, the choices where just simply heaven. I would recommend anyone to go enjoy and create their own unique perfume, with a lovely bunch of girls.
