Available 24/7, the online portal allows you to update or cancel subscriptions, update your account, create a pet profile, and shop our VIP store. To access, visit the "account" section on our website menu, and choose the "register" option with the email address you provided when you purchased to create an account. We'll send you a verification email. Once you click on included link, you'll be able to login with your email address and the password and manage your subscription plan.

Don't place the spoon inside the container. It is hard to dig out and we lose alot of the powder doing so.

Great product

Great product. No question. My issue is with setting a time for order fulfillment. I set a date in my account profile and the folks at PetLab do their own thing. Who is supposed to be calling the shots? The customer or PetLab?

Love it!!

Love it!!! My dog takes the probiotic chews and it’s helping greatly he is very sensitive to most things makes him feel better.

Continue attempting to cancel my…

Continue attempting to cancel my subscriptions for the past 120 days and I continue to get billed. I have used your chat feature that goes through the cancellation process. But, unfortunately PetLabCo is either ignoring my requests and continuing to bill my card for their abusive economic benefit or the cancellation feature at your portal is not working. We are extremely happy with the Pet Lab…

We are extremely happy with the Pet Lab products. We purchased the joint pills for our 16 1/2 yr old Shih Tzu. She is not thrilled with the taste, but we cut them in half and she takes them right away.

I think the product is excellent

I think the product is excellent. I have a 13 year-old dog and an 11 1/2 year-old dog and their teeth look absolutely wonderful. I’m very impressed with the product. The company has been good to deal with.

I had my dog’s teeth cleaned because…

I had my dog’s teeth cleaned because they were super stained. Started this right after. Been using it for many months, long enough to tell if it’s working. It’s not stopping the tarter, maybe slowing it but not preventing it, sadly. I really wanted to love this. My dogs like the taste at least.

I’ve been using all the PetLab Co products for the past three years. My Saint Bernard Sven is four years old now and thank God he is very healthy with no problems with his joints, teeth, or stomach. He had some skin allergies when he was younger, but with the PetLabCo. Allergy supplements, his allergies are much better.

Replacing a missing shipment

I had a missing shipment and went on the chat line to get assistance. The AI "agent" referred me to a human, which I really appreciated! I chatted with May and she checked our account and made sure that we would receive the product that we are missing in a timely manner. IT couldn't have been easier. Thanks so much!
