The Pillow Home Reviews 

I haven’t received the pillow yet but ordering was easy. It is the only pillow I found that looks like it will provide what I need. I have severe stenosis in my neck and spine and the design of the pillow should provide the support and arm positioning that I need. (Which will stop me from putting my arms under my head) In addition, I won’t feel like my face is sunk into a hole.
Will update with experience after I receive the pillow.

All I get is AI REPLIES. I still have yet to receive. I'm filing a complaint to BBB and a fraud claim with my bank. I have the Emails to prove it.

Awful. Absolutely appallingly bad CS. I ordered the pillow and received a pillow with pillow's foam ripped in multiple places. I contacted TPC, sent them multiple pics of the ripped foam and asked for help with a refund or a replacement. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks, sending emails asking for the info I already sent them. Still waiting for a resolution, so I asked for a refund and return of the item. Haven't used the pillow, waiting for them to tell me what to do with it.

They tout 90 day money back guarantee on their home page. But buried deep in their refund policy is the fact that returns must be shipped to China! Despite their address being given as New Mexico. Stay away! Deceptive!

Don't, just don't. Comes from who knows where. Paid for express shipping, 2 weeks later only just landed in Australia

I was looking for a pillow to hopefully cure my neck ache and help me sleep and came across this website and read the information and decided to use it with ease and navigated to what I wanted to be able to purchase two pillows.

The shipping has taken quite a while to happen, and I have been bombarded with emails offering all sorts of things. I still don't know when my item will arrive, and this survey is another example of the numerous emails this company sends.

The pillow I purchased is exactly what I was looking for. I am especially pleased that it seems to be wholly made of cotton, which I appreciate. I am trying to get away from synthetic materials so this was really gratifying. The ordering process was really simple and even though the pillow was already on sale, the company also honored a discount code I received. That was a really nice surprise. I am excited to receive the pillow and start to use it for reading and relaxing comfortably in bed. I'll be sure to update my review in order to speak to the quality of the product as soon as I feel comfortable doing so.

The pillows specs were very well explained in the description. I am excited to no longer wake up with a muscle strain in my neck.
