The website is laid out beautifully. I really think the pictures that are used are also very eye catching. It was an incredibly easy process.

Very easy to order and item explained clearly

Just a little update on the massive scam that I went through with this company. They replied to my last review here on trust pilot saying they take the matter “very seriously” asking me to email them to fix it 😂 guys they are such a scam you have no idea the spiral they made me go through with endless back and forth emails saying “their team was reviewing the photos I sent them” and then proceeded to reply that “it’s normal for foam to lose shape after being packed”, to which I replied, “if you had looked at the pictures I sent you you’d see the pillow is not made of foam.” This just proves they’re just playing; they win be exhaustion”😂 unreal. But thank you PayPal! They gave my money back in full (I guess they looked at the pictures?), im so happy! One less scam in the world.
P.s pls don’t reply with your bots to my review saying you want me to email you again. It’s enough. Turn the bots off for a moment and just stop scamming people.

pillow was way delayed and when i asked to return it as we could no longer use they indicated that i would have to ship to china at my own cost.

Just another 3rd party seller from China that has zero customer service. Paid for express delivery and still waiting over a week later for my pillows. They have refused to refund delivery costs which I feel isnt a bad request and have said because the pillow has gone viral its why its taken so long. Absolutely pathetic reason and its down to them to keep up to date with stocks. Would never use again.
