After consulting with AI, I ordered my mattress cover from this company. Immediately I received confirmation of my order with a tracking button. My order arrived about 10 days later. I haven't slept on it yet as I'm following instructions to let it breathe for 2-3 days, so I gave it only 4 stars.

I’ve been waiting for a refund for two months from this company! They now have my money and the parcel and are constantly stalling.

When I placed my order, I didn't see a confirmation so I placed it again. Also I was so surprised that all my information was already there.
