After consulting with AI, I ordered my mattress cover from this company. Immediately I received confirmation of my order with a tracking button. My order arrived about 10 days later. I haven't slept on it yet as I'm following instructions to let it breathe for 2-3 days, so I gave it only 4 stars.

I’ve been waiting for a refund for two months from this company! They now have my money and the parcel and are constantly stalling.

When I placed my order, I didn't see a confirmation so I placed it again. Also I was so surprised that all my information was already there. It went through so fast, that I didnt realize the order was completed, so I ordered it again. I contacted customer support and am still waiting to hear if my second order was cancelled.

Religious side sleeper here, can’t get comfy on any mattress topper. When I do they just got hot and I can’t sleep properly. This topper helped me sleep deeper and cooler than any on the market.

It was very impressive that y'all believe so much in your products. I love the 90 days return policy, the 5-year warranty. So that really says a Lot!! I love that you can sleep on our back, side and stomach. Some pillows you have to flip over, to sleep on your side etc. I had neck surgery 3 months ago, and I am still in pain. I had a disc removed, a titanium disc put in and C6-7 fused. I had bought a pillow, and it hurt so I sent it back. I have read now that you need to sleep with it 5-7 days, before you really know how you will like it! I was getting ready to buy another brand, until I goggled the number 10 best pillows. Yall were #1! I am Praying this pillow helps me, and I know it will! Being in pain for 3 months is nerve racking to say the least! As I crawl in bed every night, I find myself trying to straighten my neck. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I feel myself doing the same thing! This pillow will help me!

Delivery got delayed but there was fantastic communication with me regarding why and updates on when i’ll be receiving my order.

We ordered two Queen Cooling Mattress Covers. The website was easy to navigate and the description of the mattress cover was accurate.
We placed our order just before the July 4th holiday.
We would give 5 stars all around on the company, the communication, and the mattress covers.
Our experience with The Pillow Home company was exceptional and they kept us informed of shipping updates and were very responsive to our questions.
Per the directions, we placed the mattresses cover(s) in the dryer on the low setting for 20 minutes and the covers fluffed perfectly!
We love the deep pockets and the covers fit the mattress securely. The mattress cover is very comfortable and we will definitely purchase from The Pillow Home company in the future!

This company presents itself as an American company but in reality it is based in China. The shipping time was ridiculously long and their customer service sent me false updates about where my item was in the shipping process. I could see via tracking it was still somewhere between China and the US but they said my local shipper was in possession of it.
The item itself was insufficient for a mattress topper. The padding is thin and there is no difference in softness whether it is on the bed or not. Disappointed in the product and the cost to return it to an address in China is ridiculous. I WOULD NOT purchase from this company.
