Never received my items

Never received my items. They said I did but my nope! I’ve never had anything stolen from my door. My eta went from 1 week eta until I receive it to supply I had received it the week before. Reached out they did nothing! Told me to check with the post office. Which I did and they had nothing. I was my $65 back! I hope they get sued. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Don't be fooled by these bras

Don't be fooled by these bras. I placed an order and bought 4 bras. They are absolutely terrible. they are cheaply made, the bra doesn't even fit right. The worse purchase ever. I made a complaint and they offered me $6 refund but I pay $43. This place is a total scam. Don't be fool by those fake ads.

Wrong size sent will not exchange

Site you choose band and cup size. Order comes in xl sizes. Card that comes with order shows the size sent is 3 sizes to small according to measurement. Will not exchange Order. Only willing to give $2 credit on $35 they sent wrong size on.

If I could put a 0 star I would

If I could put a 0 star I would, 1 star isn’t even good enough. I ordered a product and when I finally received it, the items were to small. I contracted them several times for weeks onto a month asking for a return address and refund. They cited that the cost were too high to return and would I accept a refund of $6 US dollars, I paid $74. I went back and forth with them regarding my refund and they came up with $29 US dollars as that’s the best they can do. Never received a penny and I still went back and forth with them for the refund. They are a horrible horrible company and their customer service is just as horrible. The 15 day money back guarantee and the %100 refund that they state on their website is absolutely a lie. I am still trying to get my refund from them, with no response from them. Horrible business practice period!

Do NOT purchase anything from the Pink Galaxy

I ordered a twin pack of Jelly Bras and was sent two different sizes. I emailed to arrange an exchange, just to be told the order was correct, which it clearly wasn’t. More emails ensued, all denying any wrong doing and claiming underwear cannot be exchanged… would a $5 refund be enough??? No!! I contacted PayPal instead and they refunded me the total amount within minutes.

Do NOT engage with this business under any circumstances!!!

They don't even deserve a star!
I received my bra, tried it on and it didn't fit properly. It gapped under the arms and the insert wouldn't lay smooth.
When I attempted to return it they would only offer $2. and when I argued they changed it to $5.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! I bought2 bras. Bras are awful, not comfortable, not cute at all. After wearing for 30 minutes and adjusting a lot, this is not how a bra should be. They offered me a $6 refund and can keep bras. I never responded. DO NOT BUY!

they over charged me by $15 more than…

they over charged me by $15 more than what the amount was during checkout, product came 5 weeks AFTER Christmas, owners are rude and dishonest and the products turned out to be garbage. $55 for nail art stuff that washes off in two seconds. Waste of time money and energy. Worst company ever! Do not buy!!

If I could I would rate them a negative. The ads are very misleading and supposedly offer a money back guarantee but when you try to return offer you $3 instead to keep the item. The bras I purchased that claim offered great seamless support without underwire, looked like something out of the 1930 - ugly. Totally deformed and unattractive, nothing like what they advertise. Stay clear from purchasing anything from them just 1 big scam

DO NOT BUY THIS BRA

First, I had no idea this bra was coming from Europe. It took a LONG time. And the quality is horrible. It looks like something from the 1040's. Not at all that was represented in the pictures. Cheap material and no support.

WARNING

WARNING: Avoid Pink Galaxy dual head shaver at all costs! Not only does it fail to shave, but it leaves you scratched, cut, and pinched. Their customer service is a joke, offering $4 for a product that's 100% unusable. To top it off, shipping took 20 days instead of the advertised 5-7 because it comes from CHINA, not where they claim to be. Buyer beware! 1/5 stars!

First complaint it took a month to receive the item from Ireland. These nail art pens were leaking before 1st use. Pulled caps off and paint/polish leaking . When painting it floods out so you can't paint designs with it. Contacted customer service . Awaiting a response

I ordered from this so company and they are scammers

I ordered from this so called company and never received package. I've email and they said it shows delivered. Which is incorrect. The last so called tracking email received stated it was shipped to US. After that there are no updates. So how can they say it shows delivered. This company is a scam and I have lost $50!

Would give no stars if I could

Would give no stars if I could. Their refund policy is a scam. Offered $2US on a $50 order that didn't fit & then raised it to $6. If you want to return items they need to go back to China, not the US, & that option comes with a warning that postage would be really expensive. The bras are so small-not the regular sizing that you would expect & the quality is poor. This site is a SCAmM& I would definitely stay clear of it.

Ordered a bra from pinkgalaxy was charged by another company and it wasn't the same amount as shown on my bill.
Once it arrived, I emailed support@pinkgalaxy to let them know it did not fit. Their response was for me to send them a picture of the #s on the packaging...ok? Next reply they said they would send me $2. Then $4. I asked about the 15 day money back guarantee and now no reply.

I've contacted the cc company. This is nuts!
I too wish I'd have read the reviews prior to ordering!

They sell poor quality products refuse to refund or exchange. with all the people who have been scammed,we should file a class action suit. Never have I ever been so mistreated as a customer. Has anyone ever received a refund from this awful company? After begging for a different size or refund, this is the response I received. And I quote;
We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.

May we have the SKU QR code picture (jpg. less than 1MB) of the product you received please?
We will provide you with the best solution ASAP.
A SKU QR code is usually on the inner packing.

We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you aligns with your original order.
As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 3US dollars.

Wow I really wish I would have checked…

Wow I really wish I would have checked the reviews before I ordered. I ordered the nail art back in November for Christmas. They finally came about a week before and when they tried to use them day after Christmas the polish doesn't stay on the littles nails. They were so disappointed. To return them will cost more than the pens and they will not refund you all of the money.

I didn't realize I was ordering the bras from the same company. They took more than 10 weeks to arrive. I have always worn the size I ordered, and I am in the last hooks and can hardly breath. I am usually in the middle. I washed the bras and the insert padding rolled up inside and you can't easily get it to lay flat. The cost again to return them will be a lot. There is another $25 that this company has ripped me off for. They want to refund me $5. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
