The anatomy helps a lot to know which muscles to train (and condition for) prior to learning the trick in order to avoid injury. That was the main reason for me to order this book and I was very much impressed by the high quality images, explanations & 3D data.

Love these books. If you are looking for a workout plan as a beginner, I recommend the core, middle and side splits, pole proof shoulders, and the invert. The larger book is good if you are wanting to design your own program.

The book arrived relatively quickly and I could not wish for a better Xmas present🎄- it is a real treasury of valuable insights into moves and tips how to perform them and how to extend/rotate our body parts. Excellent for all pole nerds, beginners or more advanced. It contains some specific terms (muscles etc.) yet it should not be a big problem if interested to find out what's going on there :).

I have been training on and off with Neo for a while now. She and her team have been incredibly supportive and one aspect I really appreciate is the flexibility of the programs. Earlier this year I had surgery and there was no issue pausing my membership while I recovered. When I was going away to visit family Neo adjusted my program in a way I could stay on track without having to change my plans. My biggest struggle with working out is consistency and I have felt consistently supported and understood while working with Neo, which in turn helps motivate me and makes it a bit easier to keep working towards my goals.

I bought both pole anatomy and strength and conditioning and they're amazing ❤️ Pole Anatomy is very technical, breaking down every move and muscle used for the most common pole figures. It's not an "easy read", but it's great for other pole nerds that really want to learn anatomy and physiology applied to pole dance. Looking forward to the next book 😊
PS: I bought the ebook version for my Kindle and despite having a lot of colored drawings it's perfectly compatible and they're understandable in black and white

The Strength and Conditioning for Pole book by the Pole PT was very good. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand without having a background in sports science. The examples of exercise and how to build a program out was the best. I've started training in the way the book suggests, a few weeks ago and looking forward to seeing the results. Not sure if related but I've been able to hold my marion amber aka iron maiden in a stable way lately!

The program has been the perfect continuation after my PT. I underwent 2 major surgeries related to breast cancer and really needed the extra love on my shoulders to be able to pole again safely. Thank you for putting all this useful information in one place and also bite size workouts that encourage consistency over long training sessions.
