The products from this company are excellent absolutely transformed my ercol table that I had such guilt about neglecting and damaging. Also the products arrived very quickly and were packed beautifully with such care and attention to detail. The instruction card was very helpful and clear. I would personally recommend doing 4 or 5 coats of the second bottle if it is your first time working with the product as applications can be challenging. This is recommended in there instruction video recommend watching as well for some application tips. Amazing product will use again well worth the money.

I decided that I wanted to give my golf clubs a good clean up and,after watching a YouTube video, I contacted the Polishing Shop.
I spoke to Andrew. Outlined my plans and lack of knowledge and he helped me through the process. I ordered the required kit to allow me to get started and it arrived within two days. The kit was comprehensive and,most importantly,it came with instructions. At all times Andrew was understanding,helpful and pleased to explain the processes involved.
Subsequently I lost one of the - very small - threaded bolts and contacted the company again. Andrew said that he would put one in the post to me and again re-iterated their desire to help if required.
A very pleasent transaction and I highly reccomend the Polishing Shop.

Have use The polishing shop for a few years and never had a problem, they have a great range of products and their 'clearance' section is always worth browsing when ordering, I've had many bargains from it.

I've ordered a few times from them and find they are good value and good service. The last order was placed on a Thursday afternoon and was with me early Friday afternoon, but unfortunately the belts were wrong. I checked the details and submitted an online question, then had a phone call within half an hour asking and apologising about the problem, not wanting me to go to the hassle of sending the wrong belts back, and putting the correct ones in the post that day - arriving Saturday lunchtime. Amazing service start to finish - rapid, responsive, courteous, and the character they showed when something was not right means I'll definitely use them again. True colours show in testing times and I couldn't fault them.

Polishing kit arrived on schedule and was well packed. Unfortunately one of the attachments had a fault so wouldn’t go in straight. I sent email to ask for replacement but was no response. I sent a follow up email after a few days and immediately had a phone call to resolve the problem, first email hadn’t got through. Replacement part put in the post straight away so issue resolved. It’s often when there is a problem that you find out how good people are and they were quick to resolve this issue.

Used The Polishing Shop 5 or 6 times now and have never had a problem. I do everything online, pay by paypal and really like the fact they do not hit you with high postage charges. Everythings been exactly as described, good quality and well priced.

Always get my polishing supplies from here. Good technical product knowledge.

I placed an order a month ago which never appeared. They've ignored every email I've sent them since and I've now had to try to get a refund via Paypal.

Whilst they seemed friendly enough on the phone the service I received was disgraceful, with zero communication and ultimately no respect for me as a customer.

EDIT: I finally managed to recover my payment of £75 via Paypal. No communication or apology from the seller. My advice would be to avoid thepolishingshop.co.uk aka Metal Finishing Supplies Ltd, North Street, Bridgtown, Cannock, Staffs, ws11 0az, UK.
