Ordered pool chemical

Ordered, money taken immediately, nothing received for nearly two weeks took a long time to respond to the email to raise the issue of no delivery and then told I couldn't raise an issue for 15 days, finally product arrived and it was wrong, took a long time to respond to two emails to both addresses supplied and a message left on answerphone
, finally correct order arrived albeit in stages 21 days from original order, I know there is a pandemic currently but all other orders I have made online have arrived on or before via ebay and other providers, new customer to this supplier, not again.
