The people I spoke to were super helpful and gave good advice. When I put my order in it arrived very quickly and all the items were really good quality.

Despite some initial hiccup due to supply issues, I cannot fault the customer service by Graham of The Pride Shop. Thank you for rectifying them. Other members of staff have also been friendly whilst professional.

Good quality and service

I was representing a group at a pride event and realised last minute I needed some extra items. Even with regular delivery they arrived on time, in good condition and held up on a very windy day.

I ordered 7 of their 5ft by 3ft flags and 3 of their 22.5cm by 15cm flags, however one of their 5ft by 3ft flags did not arrive with the others, I have emailed and called them, and was told that someone from their production/warehouse team would call me to let me know where the missing flag is, yet it's been 5 days since I've called them and no one has called or emailed me anything about the missing flag.

i would not recommend them.

This shop has a fabulous selection of small thoughtful gifts for everyone's LGBTQ+ family and friends. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Purchases are well packaged and dispatched promptly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very fast shipping. At arrival however, it turned out one item was out of stock. It was refunded, but I’d rather have waited for restock.
