Infuriating and confusing
As a first-time customer, this has been an incredibly frustrating and confusing experience.
I chose theprintspace because they seemed to be a professional company, printing high quality art, while promising fast global delivery. While I still haven't received my order yet, I have found those other two claims to be false.
When I placed my order, I was quoted a very high shipping rate, but I was okay with it since it was fast UPS shipping from the UK to Puerto Rico. The company knew what I was printing, and they knew were it was being shipped to, so I'm not quite sure how the delivery went so awry.
I was originally quoted that delivery would be approximately March 4. Then a few days later, I see that my art was coming from the US instead of the UK, and the delivery date was pushed to March 10.
It was also confusing to get email confirmations from different companies: Art Prints, Creative Hub, and also theprintspace.
When I emailed the support team with my questions and confusion, it was the most infuriating back-and-forth for literally no reason. The support person kept offering me the "option" to receive a partial shipping refund or not receive it. That's not how this works. You just do what's right and that's that.
I am baffled by how awful my first experience with this company has been!

Outstanding customer service and beautiful print quality
As a complete novice ordering professional prints, I asked a lot of questions — and every response from The Print Space team was clear, helpful, patient and incredibly quick. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced customer service of this standard, and I was genuinely impressed throughout the whole process.
Most importantly, the finished prints exceeded my expectations in both quality and presentation, and they even arrived earlier than expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Print Space and will definitely be working with them again in the future.
