Bad delivery service
Bad delivery service, not on time and refused to refund even though the delivery was almost a whole day delayed with no delivery arranged until the morning it was due to arrive. It eventually arrived at 4pm which was too late for what I needed

My investigation shows that our team actually expedited your order internally to ensure it reached you as quickly as possible—arriving even sooner than if we had left it as the shipping method originally selected, which would have been the morning after.
Because the service was technically fulfilled as scheduled, a refund is not applicable in this instance. That said, we truly hope the print itself was excellent and that the quality met the high standards we aim for with every order.
For future time-sensitive installations, we always recommend our Same Day Delivery option to guarantee same-day as the work finishes with production. You can also leave us order notes to reiterate your timeframes so if the shipping or production timelines don't align we can work to resolve this. We appreciate your business and hope the work itself serves your project well.

Great print quality every time!
I have used theprintspace for several years whenever I have to deliver prints in the UK. I have had them print on several different substrates and have found all of their prints to be exceptional. I use the ICC profiles they provide for soft proofing and the results are always spot on. I recommend them very highly.

Amazing customer service and print quality
First of all, the quality of the prints is amazing.
I had a small issue with the packaging of my print, which unfortunately caused some damage. I reached out to Abhishek, and he replied within an hour, immediately offering a replacement print and even covering the shipping.
I really appreciated this kind gesture, as well as how quick and efficient the response was. Thank you so much to the team for the great support.
I’m also very happy with the overall print quality and the fast delivery.
Definitely a service I would recommend to artists and photographers.
