All the staff from the reception to the nurses & to Dr Shashi and the pharmacy, make visiting the surgery a pleasure. The consultations and follow up care are superb and the booking system makes it all stress free. I feel so lucky that I have this wonderful practice close to where I live and I have recommend it to everyone I know.

Reception staff are consistently responsive and appointments are easily arranged. Would recommend the clinic in general.

The GP's at the Grove are amazing, no matter who we see. They are concise with diagnosis, kind and respectful. I loathe attending appointments elsewhere.

Reception are always helpful, friendly and very professional. The doctor calls me very promptly following a request for a telephone consultation and I have always been more than satisfied with the quality of care I have received.

Reception have been endlessly patient with frequent messages to the doctors/pharmacists over the past couple of days between Christmas and NY. I can't thank them enough.

Dr Vish is outstanding but sadly some of receptionists have poor attitude, phone frequently takes long time to be answered (if at all) and general administrative procedures are poor.
I have recently had a major lab error for blood results resulting in days of unnecessary stress.
I’m hoping to see major back office improvements as Dr Vish is outstanding

They are a very efficient and professional group who are extremely quick to respond to queries. I wanted a medical form filled in and rubber stamped for insurance purposes and they turned it around immediately. Very impressive.

Having had a 5 month upsetting struggle with British Airways to get a refund for my cancelled flight to South Africa due to extreme sciatica and stenosis, Dr Vish
wrote a letter to BA carefully explaining the entire medical issue, which resulted in the issue being resolved with days, and I could then re-book for next year. Thank you very much for your kind help.
