I approached The Private Health People due to a substantial increase in my previous policy. The move and cost saving with no change to my policy made it worth while experience.

Rang several health companies before I decided on The Private Health People. Ollie was absolutely first class. Took his time and explained all options thoroughly. There was no pressure at all. Very happy with the great customer care we received. A credit to his company. My brother was so impressed he also took out a policy with Ollie. Definitely recommend.

Rang and spoke to Oliver Robinson who explained everything in great detail. His friendly and professional manner struck me. One of my brothers had already taken out a policy through him and therefore he came highly recommended.

Luca had utmost patience and explained all options available for me, consequently I am satisfied with the decision I have made. Going forward, I have every confidence in his expertise.

I thought it was a scam when i was first approached some years ago, but this company is simply excellent and Charlie never fails to remember our renewal and helps negotiate the best possible price.

As allways Charlie made it easy for me ,he got in touch before renewal , managed to get a reduction , and thoroughly explained all my options , it’s good to think that there is someone who is neutral , and not trying to make money out of you , he also keeps his eye on my policy to point out anything he thinks I need to change or make the most of

Having paid out a large sum to have a procedure done privately I decided to explore the possibility of private health insurance. I stumbled across this company and gave them a call. Subsequently, I gave them several calls but was always dealt with courteously and patiently but, most importantly, with professionalism and expertise. The intricacies and pitfalls were carefully and fully explained (several times because I'm a bit slow.)
