On time, polite and helpful. Allowed us plenty of time. One star off because the lady didn't know a great deal about the vendor , but that's a tiny niggle.

So far excellent dealt with fast listened and reacted with speed openness, honesty, and helped through the process, passing on offer to vendors, now fingers x

Communication is slow responding back. I telephoned on a Wednesday lunchtime to make an appointment to view a property on the Friday morning. Thursday lunchtime, I had to telephone again and although a message had been taken on the Wednesday, it hadn’t been passed on. I then tried to telephone on the Saturday morning & got no answer. I didn’t leave a message.

The man on the phone was really nice and well informed. Definitely will keep them in mind if current Agents takes too long to find a buyer.

Yash was a great help and a pleasure to deal with. I hope you all realise what a great bloke you have.

In my experience with previous house sales, it's always been a nightmare with something or another cropping up along the way. It really is a stressful process, and we just didn't want that this time. Being in a fortunate position, we just wanted an easy sale so we chose The Property Buying Company.

The process was very straight forward, every step of the way I had assistance and if I had any questions then throughout the process I had someone who I could contact and ask. Throughout they remained extremely attentive and everything was pretty seamless, compared to our previous experiences.

Sometimes it can be unclear on what is a cash offer and what is an offer to sell at a price so caution is required otherwise seem OK but very little different to other similar companies

We had a punctual meeting and tour around a property for sale at a good price for the size and facilities of the dwelling.

The whole team have been excellent. I've only just signed the contract, so I will report back when I get later in the journey.
