I contacted The Property Buying Company to explore a fast‑sale option, and my experience dealing with Yash was genuinely positive. Communication was clear, professional and always prompt, which made the whole process very straightforward.
Although I ultimately sold through a different route, Yash was consistently helpful, transparent about figures, and easy to deal with throughout. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to speak to him again in future if I needed a quick, no‑nonsense sale option.

We're sorry that the offer discussed wasn't what you were looking for. That being said, we don't think it's fair to describe the service as "rip off".
When you spoke to us, you indicated that you wanted £190k for your property. We can see that you subsequently marketed it lower at £185k, and its now sold subject to contract. (Congratulations!)
We're a cash house buying company, and as we made very clear we are unable to provide the full market value for a property. Our service is for sellers who prioritise speed and certainty over receiving the full value. Our offer reflects the costs and risks we undertake as the buyer.
In your particular situation in particular, and everytime we speak to a customer, we always try and get our figures right from the outset rather than setting and agreeing an unrealistic price just to secure you, and have to renegotiate later.
In this scenario, our valuation didn't quite line up. The price you wanted just meant that our service simply wasn't the right option for you.
No hard feelings, though, and we're glad that you managed to sell, and hope that everything goes well as the sale progresses.

Just before we was ready to move he contact us and said he cant off the price and would have to drop it by £18.000 . What a Total joke when we had signed and agreed. We’re sorry that you were unhappy with the outcome, but having reviewed what happened, we do feel it's important to add some context.
Once the purchase was agreed, we carried out our further checks to make sure we could proceed at the agreed figure. Unfortunately, those checks showed that we weren't able to make the purchase work at that price, and we contacted you within approximately a week to let you know.
We appreciate this is disappointing but we communicated our position as soon as we could, rather than dragging the sale along.
We can also see now that the property sold on the open market for around £210,000, and given the figure we had originally discussed, we believe our position of having to change the price upon the findings was consistent with the level at which a cash purchase would realistically have needed to be.
We're sorry that ultimately it didn't work out, but we don't believe the circumstances support the comments within the review.
