I have been dealing with Charlotte...it's been a pleasure with no complications..very open and honest and an offer for our house we are very pleased with..so so far so good I hope the rest of the journey to completion is as good

Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Our house value £148.500.
They offered £118.600 was low, but was happy with the speedy completion they offered. They went became impossible to contact the 2 week before completion date.
3 days before completion date ,they called and said the survey found some damp which could cost between 5 and 7k!!! So they now can only offer £80.000!!!
They wasted our time and money.
There are better companies out there. So please Avoid at all cost.

Joe was direct, honest and very transparent and answered all my questions straight away. I really appreciated the fact that he listened and took the time to understand my situation.
