I ordered four worry stones. In the photos they looked rich in colour and as I was send them on as a gift, I hoped they would feel nice. But as soon as I saw them I was disappointed. The rich red in the photo was a faded orange. They all had exactly the same texture and weight which makes me suspect they are little more than resin or plastic. They look and feel like plastic too. Very disappointed as I've bought worry stones from shops before for a similar price and they have been genuine gems with real texture and weight. I won't be purchasing from here again. Two starts for quick delivery.

I left an honest and fair 3 star appraisal for an item I bought from their website. Received an email offering a discount for leaving a review. The review was was visible for a short time, presumably until one of the admins read it, and then it was promptly removed. Why ask for a review and then take it down.... pretty sure if it had been 5 star it would still be there.

I paid for a 2-question email reading and was very disappointed with the "general" quality of the reply when compared with other, less-expensive, email readings I've had in the past where the information I received was far more specific and relevant to me, and not something someone could find out on social media etc.

This reading could have been created by anyone really, not necessarily someone "psychic" and was really a total waste of money for the poor quality. There were a lot of spelling errors too, but that's just me being pedantic!!

Overall, not recommended.

I feel disappointed writing this review. My friend gifted me a gorgeous crystal tree from this company for Christmas, and it came in a branded box with a card that explained what the crystals mean etc. I was so impressed by it, so I wanted to gift one to my cousin for her birthday.
However, the tree I ordered for my cousin arrived in a plain cardboard box, and the tree itself was just wrapped in bubble wrap - no card, no branded box. Considering this is a gift for someone I’m really disappointed and really not impressed. I emailed the company on Saturday but have still not received any correspondence from them.
Based on my personal experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely awful presentation of a very expensive crystal. Arrived in a tatty cardboard box and crystal was wrapped in filthy bubble wrap. It was that dirty I put gloves on before I unwrapped it. Imagine buying this for someone and it arrived in that state. Zero effort and that's being generous on presentation. What about at least having the blurb about the crystal on a nice card or something. Guess from going by how I received item expecting some sort of gift box would be WAY too much trouble. Would not buy from here again.
