While my hair has continued to thin over the years, it hard to tell how much worse the situation would have been without the Theradome system -- although I am sure it has some effect! During a stressful period of my life, I had so much hair loss. Clumps of hair would be found on my floor and in the shower––it was so much more than my usual rate of hair loss. It came to a point where I could visibly see my scalp!! It was then I knew I had to do something about it. I was recommended Theradome products––I bought the EVO helmet––and I am so happy that it worked for me. Slowly but surely I saw the results I wanted: much less hair loss and hair regrowth. It is very easy to use and well worth its price.

So far the product seems to be working. After around 60 treatments, my wife and I have noticed I have observably thicker hair on top, making it easier to style (not so flyaway). Since no other changes were made to shampoos or styling products, I have to conclude that the Theradome is producing results. Looks a little dorky when walking around the house in a bicycle helmet, though. :)

This helmet (version 80) is the best and yet I tried another one for 1 year after this one. I came back to the Théradome and it reduced my hair loss significantly while I was using the other one. It also cured itching problems that I had for 6 months. I recommend

Used it religiously when I first got it and definitely saw some results. I had since stopped and noticed my hair thinning again. Back to daily use!!!

I like how easy and convenient this product is to use. It’s a quick and easy way to help get more blood flow to the scalp if done on a routine basis.

We have a 4 year old helmet that we are passing on to our daughter. We contacted customer care to see what maintenance was required before we passed it down. Theradome actually has real people that really care about your experience. Danielle recommended a new battery along with new fitting pads and generally made the whole experience a very positive and enjoyable phone call. We are of course ordering another helmet for ourselves. This is a functional and quality product backed by excellent customer support. It’s worth the money.

My results using Theradome EVO LH40 have been very positive. My hairdresser has commented that for such fine hair I seem to have more of it than before!

My Theradome helmet recently began to flash red when plugged in to charge. I checked the manual then contacted customer service. The man that answered asked a few questions then helped me conduct a few tests to determine if the charger or the battery was at fault. We quickly determined that that the battery was no longer able to accept a charge. The man was then very helpful in ordering the appropriate battery at a discount. I wish all customer support department were like this. Great job!

I purchased my EVO LH40 approximately 11 months ago. I have been extremely pleased with my progress. I have used it consistently 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes each time. The helmet is comfortable and easy to use. I set an appointment every other day in my calendar to help me remain consistent. Before I started treatments, I had wide parts and a very thin area at the crown that always separated no matter what I used or tried to do to cover it. Additionally, I had nearly bald spots at the temples. Now, just ten months later my hair is fuller and has grown below my shoulders. Even the temples are starting to fill in. It looks healthy and I no longer feel the need to cover my head with a hat.

The equipment has worked well the entire 11 months until the last time I tried to charge it. After being plugged in, it began charging, but then later, I noticed it was flashing orange. I tried a different outlet and that worked to charge it fully. I used it for 5-6 more sessions. Today, I tried to charge it again. At first, it started to work correctly, but then began flashing orange. I called the customer support line and Danielle was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. She tried various steps, which included resetting the helmet. The final result was that it turned out to be the charger. She had me use my IPhone charger and that solved the problem. She said that the helmet was mostly charged, so it should be fully charged within 2 hours, and I could use my IPhone charger until my new Theradome one arrives. The helmet was fully charged within 1 hour. Danielle’s service was excellent. She was very methodical and thorough in her approach to diagnose and solve the problem. I am extremely pleased with the product, my results, and the service that Theradome provides. I highly recommend this company and its products.

Been using my Theradome for approximately 3 months now. My family says that my hair seems to be getting thicker. I’m happy with my Theradome and plan to continue using it.

The Theradome Pro LH80 is lightweight and easy to use. I have used it twice a week for the last 12 weeks.
Recently, I have noticed a real change in the thinning hair areas. The hair appears thicker and my part is less pronounced.
The customer service is phenomenal. I had a problem with the dome charging. I called service and spoke with Stephanie Sobrevega. She quickly diagnosed the problem. She made sure my device was covered under the warranty. Stephanie even called back as promised. She is very impressive. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend the Theradome Pro LH80.

Used my helmet for approx 2 years. Just got a hair cut and was stunned to hear my hairstylist mention that the thickest part of my hair is the top of my head. Never have I heard that before in my life because that was previously my problem area. Lots of thinning, and a widening part which is why i invested in the helmet. Just start. You won't regret it.

I wore the Theradome device for 6+ months and saw really nice results at around month 7. this device is easy to use and the audio feedback on remaining time is incredibly helpful for a 'hassle free' and 'worry free' experience. at around the 7 month mark my 2 problem areas (loss of hair at crown, and thinning of forehead and temples) started to reverse, to the delight of not only myself but also of my hairstylist. in fact my hairstylists reaction at one point was; "Whoa! Look at that! Great job!!"

Works as described! And the support staff is excellent

Beware of this company. Paid $695 and have never received my order. Called customer services and she said ups attempted to deliver to my house which is not true because my wife is home everyday. Then they said it would be shipped to the ups store which never happened. Asked for a full refund and she said there would be a $150 charge that’s somewhere in some fine print. Purchasers Beware. This is not a product Review it’s a company review.

Possibly, the pro is better or faster, though this keeps hair from becoming completely bald.

I’ve been using Theradome for 2 years and I’m very happy with it. It seems to have reduced my hair loss. I tried a different brand first and hated I had to have a cord attached to it with a battery pack. And I noticed no difference. Theradome has no battery pack which is so much better!! Great design and very good product.
