Wheelchair Purchase…
I purchased a wheel chair for my wife and unfortunately there was a problem with it, mainly due, which I found much later, to ambiguous wording in the instruction manual. However on contacting sales at the The Ramp Factory I received excellent service from Alex & Jem who, after exchanging a few details such as the fault and sending photos of the problem, very quickly informed me that they would be sending a replacement a.s.a.p. and in the mean time hold on to the current one to await return details. I received the replacement chair within 4 days, this includes the Bank Holiday period. I boxed up the original one, received forwording instructions and it was picked up by courier within three days. I would further like to add how very impressed with the service that I received and would thoroughly recommend The Ramp Factory to anyone looking to buy from them. Thank you again for such a great service.
