Cheaply made, arrived damaged and not in its packaging properly. Seems to have been bought previously, returned (likely due to the low quality) and not checked before being sent back out which is surely a hygiene issue.
Contacted TheraNeck about the damage and the fact that is looks used and they’re trying to argue their way out of a return and refund.
Defintely would not recommend.

SCAM ALERT.Nothing this company say is true. Delivery takes forever, the Massager doesn't massage, and they refuse to acknowledge their 30 day full refund if not completely satisfied guarantee. I am currently trying to return the thing for a full refund - but they are asking for video and all sorts and NOT acknowledging the guarantee. AND they are clearly NOT a UK based company, contrary to their website claim. In fact, all their customer info is at best misleading, at worse untrue. DO NOT ORDER.

Buyer beware! This company promises a 30 day return policy but to return the Theraneck you have to email them and they ignore the emails. Appalling customer service.

This company state on their website that they have 4.8 on TrustPilot, yet the true figure here is 2.6, and I am not sure how they score that highly.
I placed an order on the 9th June, and after getting a notification from EVRI that my parcel was expected, everything went quiet. After 10 days the EVRI tracking stated that my parcel was now on its way back to the sender.
Theraneck promised to investigate, but refused to ship a replacement until they established what had happened. So another week passed, and following another email from me, I was promised a 20% refund, this never arrived.
So, now having no faith in this company, I requested a full refund. This was agreed, and passed to the 'Relevant Team', over a week later still nothing. Chased again, promised that this would be escalated, but again no refund.
They claim to be a UK Company, but suspect they operate from the Far East as a UK Company would be able to deliver next day, and email responses would not align with Chinese time zones.
Avoid them like the plague, do not waste your time or money

I cant comment on product as not yet received but after receiving a discount code offer their emails suggest I am in the process of an attempted scam as apparently multiple orders including unsolicited and more expensive "upgrades" have been dispatched to me by courier

If i could give less stars i would DO NOT BUY ITS A SCAM!! What you recieve are cheap and nasty and paypal will not cover it they sided with theraneck so I will not be using paypal anymore either as iv been scammed!! I could have bought the same product from Amazon for around £12 but their website looked ligit and they make out its a UK buisness which it isn't comes from somewhere like China. They arrived in a ripped grey packaging and the boxes look cheap and nasty and were all smashed i sent photos to paypal but they went with the seller so beware do not buy from these people even Google earth cannot come up with their address and now theraneck are ghosting me !!

The description states that this massages. It does not massage. All it does is vibrate at 3 different intensities. I found my clock watching and wanting it to stop. It does have a heat setting. Personally I find it very uncomfortable to use, felt no benefit and wanted to return it. That is where the problem started. I’ve asked them for the return address but so far I cannot find a UK based address. It seems they make it extremely difficult to return products and you have to pay the return postage yourself. In hindsight, I would avoid this company. I feel that I’ve been scammed. Not happy

Fell more an insta ad (more fool me). My neck pillow arrived a lot later than stated. The box was badly broken and it was probably a return. If a company is going to resell returns as new at least make an effort to put it back in the packaging bags, reinsert battery tags and attempt to make it look like it's not been used.
