I thought I would give it a try

I thought I would give it a try, but I can’t say I noticed a big difference with my pets. Also, note to the consumer, when you purchase this product, be aware that you are activating a subscription. You can cancel, however, it’s somewhat hard to find the option to cancel.

No customer service

Evri lost my parcel. I emailed TheraPet twice on their website with no reply. Messaged them on Facebook with no reply. Had to deal with Evri myself through all this. Left comments on several Facebook posts with no reply. No customer service number to ring . Will never buy from them again. They just don’t care!

Slow Delivery, not clear it's come from another country...

Purchased a week and a half ago, still no sign of it. Tracking says it's been collected a week ago but no updates after that. TherapetMD use Evri - of which they always fail to deliver to me. They don't make it clear that this is coming from China or the USA, it's not clear at all. Contacted support a few days ago which got a swift ignoring. I'll wait till the end of next week before doing a chargeback through my bank.

Godsend!

Happy Customer and Feline Foster Mom Here!

The calming spray definitely does the job. It is very convenient and versatile and it doesn’t stain fabric. I already use the infusers but the spray is great for travel or to spray on bedding, toys, or even yourself!

I have recommended the infuser to friends who experience behavioral issues with their kitties. They have also had great success. This product made the difference between rehoming a cat or helping a cat.

It is very important to have an infuser in each room that your cats spend time in, because the pheromones cannot penetrate walls. I have one in the living room, bedroom and kitchen and it seems to do the trick. A refill lasts about a month, maybe longer. I haven’t had to change them out yet and they are still working.

There are still occasional scuffles between cats but the fights have decreased at least 90% and their squabbles don’t last as long. Nothing is perfect but this comes close!

This product should be embraced by every rescue and shelter to calm fur babies.

Thank you TheraPetMD for an amazing product and for the top notch customer service.

I canceled my subscription due to product not working. I have sent 5 emails for a refund, they refused to issue a refund. There is no phone number to call. This is the worst company I have purchased from. Do not buy anything from them

The Therapet diffusers seem to be working

The Therapet diffusers seem to be working as my anxious Kitty has not sprayed since we started using them! I did notice a burnt smell at first and wrote to Therapet. They were very responsive and helpful! The smell disappeared after a few days so all good! Highly recommend!

Absolute trash

Absolute trash, wife bought 2 sets for cats. Did not do a thing for anxiety, fighting, or general mood. Plugged them in, in separate rooms, ran the entire content until gone....

The Stuff Works

The company makes great claims for this product but we were naturally skeptical about its effectiveness. We have four cats and they were having noisy disagreements with each other. When we plugged one of these diffusers in there was an immediate change for the better, however -- the cats settled down and stopped scrapping. The stuff really works, at least it did for us.

My cat

My cat, Lucy, is a high-anxiety critter. Since I've been buying/using TheraPet, she's mellowed out quite a bit. I no longer come home wondering what she's chewed up this time. It's a FAB product, and have recommended it to many friends. Thank you, TheraPet!

I'm happy to have found this site and the calming diffusers for cat and dog. They've been ordered but not received or used yet. I'll update once I receive the products.

NO DELIVERY OF GOODS | HARD TO CONTACT

Placed order 27 Feb, £46 for cat diffusers. Stated 3-5 working days for delivery.
I've messaged 4 times - no reply to any of my messages and No Diffussers!! Tracking number does not provide any update. No customer email or contact number available to speak to an actual person.
Very Poor service - not sure this company is real!!

Cat had very bad reaction and customer support did nothing

We had 1 cat out of 3 cats become completely withdrawn and very lethargic almost seemed dizzy and wobbly walking after not even 24 hours of using this. I emailed customer support and received no reply. So I canceled the subscription and unplugged the product and now am tending to a kitty with very bad reactions to this product and still with zero reply from the company. Terrible.

I ordered the diffuser on 27th…

I ordered the diffuser on 27th February. I still haven't received my order. I've emailed twice and had absolutely no response. I've tried to track my order but nothing has been updated since I placed the order
I really regret buying from this company. I feel as though this is a scam. I've just thrown my money away 😡
