disappointing egg retrieval process because of the doctor, he looks like he doesnt like his job at all. never recommend to anyone

Currently 13 weeks pregnant from our first embryo transfer. We are a same sex couple and we did reciprocal IVF. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is struggling with fertility. From our first consultation with Amy in Dundalk to every appointment after we felt so comfortable and informed in every test/procedure that was performed. Dr Megat did our transfer and he was the kindest man. Explained everything he was doing and answered every question we had. The portal was so handy and easy to get a response from a doctor or nurse whenever you were unsure of anything. Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Therapie enough. Myself and my husband were made feel at ease every step of the way on our fertility journey by every staff member we encountered, particularly Amy at the Dundalk satellite clinic. We now have our beautiful twin boys thanks to them.

I was really hesitant about staring my fertility journey, but as soon as I had my consultation with Emily, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff were amazing from start to finish, but the majority of my appointments were with Emily and she was nothing but amazing. She was kind and considerate, and I could tell she wants the best for her patients. The support she gave made the whole process manageable, and I will be forever grateful for everything she did for us.

The staff and the Therapie Fertility Portal put me so at ease. The experience was professional and easy for me to navigate.

Pay the extra €200 it’s worth it.
To begin communication was appalling. Left very much in the dark and nothing explained properly. Friends of mine paid €200 more at more established clinics and got better results and care.
On the day. It was like a conveyer belt. Went got my egg retrieval. Doctor blew my vein which look can happen. But I went in around 9 ish and by 10 I was woken up and demanded to get dressed by a midwife. I had to hold onto the wall to dress myself and tried to go to the toilet and was falling around the place. Had to beg the nurse to help me to toilet. Got cup of tea given to me while I was still asleep with a biscuit. To say it lacked empathy was an understatement. I was out the door at 10:30 after an anaesthetic!! Only rem this in flashbacks. Complained to John Kennedy and was very much gaslit into believing it was a great service and did I want to go again at my own expenditure! Today I went to get a different procedure done in another clinic and completely different treatment!! Lesson pay the extra €200 irs worth it 🥰

I cannot recommend this team enough. After a failed NHS round, I was so impressed when I met with Emily at the Belfast satellite clinic and I knew this was the clinic that was going to help me. Age and a low AMH were against me. Despite this, my first cycle and first transfer was a success and I’m now sat here cuddling my beautiful baby as a result. Thank you to Emily, Dr Kennedy and the world class embryology team for helping me on my journey to motherhood.

Thérapie fertility are the best clinic. Every nurse consultant and midwife I have been in contact with and been nothing but exceptional. They have made the whole process so smooth and stress free. Portal is a great way to contact the clinic and can ask them anything and everything

Thérapie fertility has been amazing so far, they have treated my husband and I so great!

From our first consultation in July, Thérapie Fertility Clinic made us feel valued and cared for. As first-time patients we were nervous but we never once felt like we were just another number or there for money.

Everything was explained clearly step by step the process was affordable and the team were amazing. We are now 24 weeks pregnant and will always be grateful for the care and support we received.

We are so thankful for the time, care and treatment we have had with Therapie Clinic. Emily in the Belfast site is amazing. She is so friendly, understanding and reassuring. Our appointments were always at suitable times and the Clinic is handy to get too. Appointments always run on time also. Emily always takes time to check in on how things are going and answer any questions.

Mine and my husbands experience at Thérapie in carrickmines was absolutely outstanding we travelled from London to dublin to have our treatment we were lucky enough our first fresh transfer worked we are currently 10 weeks pregnant. We cannot thank Thérapie enough they have made our dream come true and we will never forget them they made us feel like family on every visit. They were very open with pricing and what treatment we would need at our first consultation their were no hidden costs so we knew exactly how much we needed. They also recommended hotels for us to stay at when we were there having treatment which was very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them. If we needed letters for work or anything like that we had it emailed to us within an hr we never kept waiting and they would always check in with us. Honestly from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much for making this happen for me and my husband and hopefully we will be back for a sibling round in a few years. Stacey & James xx

From the initial consultation where we were given all the information we hadn't even thought of , through all the testing and then procedures, we couldn't recommend thérapie enough. Always so pleasant and reassuring. we owe a lot to them!

From the first day we attended Therapie and met John we’ve had nothing but a positive experience. John was very realistic with figures and didn’t want to get our hopes up as things were not looking in our favour. Thankfully, less than a year later and we have our newborn baby with us. All of the team at Therapie were so helpful and we were never waiting long for a response on the portal. There is literally nothing we could fault whatsoever. We have the whole team at Therapie to thank for our little miracle baby. We never knew of anyone that attended Therapie and we literally went off reviews. We were researching lots of different clinics but it was always Therapie that attracted us most, mainly because of the reviews. There is a reason Therapie has such high reviews. Their standard of care is next to none. We actually enjoyed our appointments going to Therapie because thankfully they were all very positive. We’re looking forward to returning in the near future to please god have some more babies. Thank you all again so much, John and all of the staff.

I had an amazing experience at the Dundalk and Carrickmines clinic. Amy, the nurse, was incredible — kind, patient, and always reassuring. The whole team made me feel truly supported and cared for throughout my journey. I’m so grateful and would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly.

From the very 1st appointment we knew we had made the right decision.we were so well informed of what our journey to having a baby would be and that nothing was sugar coated .just straight up facts which is what I wanted...our first try was put at ease as I was guided and informed of what to do and when.unfortunately my egg retrieval although got 6 eggs none fertilised.a heavy blow but done with exceptional care from team.i decided to do one more round and on 2nd go a different approach was taken and on egg retrieval we got 1 egg.we were worried but was put at ease that one is all anyone needed.and low and behold it was.lisa in Galway delivered the good news 4 weeks later along with bloods .we were over the moon but still long road ahead..the clinic referred me to my local EPU clinic and at 8 weeks I was taken in and given exceptional care until I delivered a healthy baby girl Bella at 37+2 weeks.without therapie fertility clinic our little family would not be complete.we will be forever grateful to all the team in Dublin and Lisa in Galway.it was a very easy experience with therapie but a well informed one where nothing was sugar coated.just straight talking facts which we loved .so from my little family thank you all you are truly one in a million.for anyone looking for help don't think twice give these guys a call it will be the best decision you will ever make xx
