I had an excellent customer service experience today, thanks to two wonderful representatives, Ryann and D’Anna!

Both ladies were extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and professional in assisting me with an issue involving my merchant services account. They took the time to address my concerns, help me reach a resolution, and ensure that my account was successfully canceled.

What I appreciated most was that their assistance didn’t stop at simply resolving the initial issue. I was also walked through the necessary steps to make corrections within my account that could potentially allow me to receive a refund for previous charges.

As a business owner, I truly appreciate customer service representatives who are attentive, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping customers find solutions. Both Ryann and D’Anna demonstrated that level of care and professionalism.

What started as a frustrating situation ended with me feeling heard, supported, and grateful for the assistance I received.

I've contacted TherapyNotes support a few times now and have had consistently positive and helpful experiences. The support personnel are always patient, kind, and helpful in resolving problem and answering questions.

I had considered transitioning to another EHR a while back and decided to stay with TherapyNotes. While they aren't the least expensive EHR out there, I really appreciate their proactive efforts to manage client information securely and the tools they provide for practitioners straightforward, intuitive, and are exactly what I need. I just trust that TherapyNotes has my back when it comes to client information and documentation.

And of course, the 24hr support is amazing. I've never needed to contact them in the wee hours of the morning, but it gives me peace of mind to know that support is just a phone call away.

TherapyNotes has a long history of promising much but delivering little. This is particularly true of their scam feature called "Therapy Fuel" which alleges to use AI to accurately capture details of a therapy session and turn them into a useful progress note.

It does not.

Instead of reporting actual details of the conversation, it simply pollutes the session note with generalized hackneyed phrases such as: "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques were utilized throughout this session to help the client build insight...." No specific facts, nothing.

In short, it falls WAY SHORT of building an accurate record of a psychotherapy session that would be useful in court or in a chart review.

I have to date created a myriad of support tickets with TherapyNotes on this specific issue, only to be told "Our design team is aware of it." Well, now they've added a new piece of Pablum called "ReFuel" that purports to enhance and fine-tune the content that TherapyFuel creates.

IT does not.

What it did do, after I typed in my instructions, was display an error message and then boot me out. When I logged back in, I wasn't able to restore the Note. So now, I have to write the note manually from memory.

Great time-saver, eh?

Overall, basic TherapyNotes is a fairly good EHR platform. But their so-called "AI" is Stone Age. They should bite the bullet and pay some big bucks for AI developers who know what they're doing. Or, take down TherapyFuel until they can finally get it to do what they claim it can do.

Representative was very knowledgeable and walked me through my concern. I was able to make the changes needed to sign the documentation in a timely fashion. The modifications needed to address and resolve the issues were completed quickly.

Not only is this such and amazing service/platform, but the representatives are second to none! I leave every interaction more empowered and knowledgeable and the way they treat the clients is so appreciated!

I have been using Therapy Notes since 2017. Therapy Notes continuously makes improvements to ensure they are competitive with what is available in the Electronic Medical Records market. It has been dependable, and the customer service is excellent. It is available 24/7 and each representative I have spoken with seemed happy to stay on the phone with me until every question was answered. I also received a detailed email of what was discussed on each call I made. Saving me time from writing it down myself, and it kept me organized.

I got a new phone and was not thinking about the fact that my token for prescribing controlled substances would be different. My old phone had already been erased and I did not know what to do at 4pm on a Friday. Tilly was absolutely fantastic!! She stayed on the phone with me until it was resolved. She helped me work through redoing the identity proofing and teams meeting to activate my account. She was kind patience throughout the entire process.
