Liz was very helpful throughout the process. Originally I received an email that the bag I ordered was out of stock. Liz was quick with offering me alternatives and helping me weigh my options. Eventually, we found out that the bag I ordered was able to be ship on time. Although I have never met Liz in person, I can tell she is a friendly, supportive, and patient individual.

I spent several months eagerly awaiting the restock of a wallet I'd had my eye on. Do NOT order from this company. I spent over $500 for a bag to last 2 months. They will repair it if I pay for shipping both ways. Oh, and by the way it’s taken me weeks to get a response. Never order!!!!

Excellent craftsmanship and features. I would suggest a bit wider to transport a IPAD Pro as it was tight fit. Keep in mind it wasn’t designed to hold the big IPAD’s but it still worked.

Was sincerely disappointed when I found the exact bag that I was looking for, only to find on the website that they don't ship to Australia!!
I contacted customer service, and in a very short period of time the wonderful Liz went above and beyond to get me a shipping quote, send an invoice for payment and received within 2 weeks! Now that is exceptional service to go above and beyond.
By the way... the bag is AWESOME! Highly recommended company, excellent quality leather, and a shopping experience almost impossible to find these days! Thank you

A superb product matched by excellent customer service. Tried to order a bag online but Singapore delivery was not an option. Got an automated email noting that I had browsed but not ordered, and whether there was any issue I faced. On replying, I got in contact with a real person, Liz, who then helped me by creating a manual order, tweaked it further to allow for international payments, followed up with the correct delivery address and generally was prompt and responsive through the process. When I received the bag (earlier than expected!) I was impressed with the quality, styling and finish. Now a delighted customer, where the product and the customer service have both been exemplary.
