I would give 5 star if they would also have customer service. I was very scared after I read all the reviews and I saw that I was waiting more than 48 hrs for my pending withdraw to be granted, that thing costed me more than 1200 pounds. I did withdraw tough 500 and after 72 hrs my pending withdraw was accepted, than in less than 3 working days I got my money on my bank...I repeated to use the site, now I just got my second withdraw granted. Good site, they also give u the possibility for a early cash out in sport bets. Live casino and slots pretty nice . I enjoy using this site. Use it with no fear.

This casino is a complete scam please stay away! I wish I had done so I've lost 1000s and at one point had £7000 in the account and they would not respond to when I requested a withdrawal!

Not sure how casinos like this are still able to operate. Total scam and completely not worth your money or time when trying to sort out ongoing issues. So many unauthorised transactions, they will take money from your Bank account any time or day and takes a lifetime to actually get an email back to try and resolve the issue. At best you’ll get some of the money put on your gaming account but won’t be able to withdraw. I have reported my issues now with my bank and fraud team who are investigating and have received most of my money back from my bank. I would advise anyone else who had had these issues to go straight to your fraud department and keep all emails and bank transactions as the transactions show up 9/10 times not related to the casino at all.

There's no option to set deposit limits or time out. There is no chat option available just to email which they never respond to. I've emailed numerous times and had no response ever. I've requested to close my account and completely been ignored and not to mention every transaction made is to someone different this site is definitely not right!

I raised a withdrawal for £500 on 14th April and today its 10th May and yet they did not process the withdrawal , send 30 reminder emails , hardly reply to any mails , if they reply its just general email saying we are aware and you will get payment soon .

Can you believe it been 26 days and still user has to request , beg , etc but they do not listen and action.

I have close to £10,000 as balance and now I am definitely sure that I have lost all money for 500 they have not processed yet , 10,000 may take 10 years means I should forget the money now.

Please avoid this casino , i have played on 200 websites and can easily say this is "worst" of I have seen , un-professional people , fake , fraud , ass holes .

They do not have any address or contact number as well , hence you cannot chase them except emails which they dont respond.

I joined this casino recently the promotion was in 3 stages welcome 1 2 and 3. I deposited 30 it showed my balance of 150 with given bonus money. When I had lost my original deposit of 30 my balance was showing 0.00 the bonus had disappeared I had put in the code WELCOME1. I stupidly thought I'd try again same amount 30 code Welcome2 as it was my 2nd deposit again no bonus money. I emailed them 4 times as there's no live chat but still haven't had a response.

Let’s just say the worst gambling site I have ever come across AVOID it worse than the plague , I had £4000 in my account and I received an email off them basically saying I had been using a vpn which is utter bs now they have taken my deposits and of course my winnings. Absoloute disgrace of a company there has to be someone out here that can help?

Was expecting the worst when I played here having read the reviews however no problems whatsoever (apart from very poor communication). Deposits all made without a problem and a withdrawal of £500 in my bank within 7 days of requesting it.

I deposited 200 pounds into this casino. At first I lost and my balance went down to 65 pounds. I deposited another 200 pounds, leaving my balance at 265. I then won some money and had my balance at 2.100 pounds. I requested to take out 500 pounds (which is the highest amount you can draw out - another way of trying to get customers to spend their money while waiting to be able to withdraw it) the next day I went to my account and saw that my balance was at 265 again and sent them an email. They emailed back that I had been found using the martingale technique and 1855 pounds had been deducted. I fought my case as using random dozens on roulette isn’t the martingale technique, and asked for evidence that I had been using any techniques apart from randomly picking a dozen, but they said the decision was final and closed my account without proving anything. I then requested to get the 400 pounds I had deposited in total back. They then said that ‘all deposits are final. Once you fairly lost your deposits the casino has no obligation to issue any refunds’
At this point I had had enough of this battle with the casino, asking to even get a reply on my emails several times.
I asked to get my 265 pounds back that was left on my account as that money had never been lost as I was winning from that point. They’ve never responded to that request.
A casino without any ounce of ethics or morals. They clearly don’t care about their customers or reputation, and can do whatever they please, stealing money from people and making the withdrawal process so long and difficult people end up giving up or using all the money while waiting.

Please avoid this scam I'm in process of banks and credit cards getting money back. My bank looked into it money goes to so many strange accounts please read reviews there scammers and deserve the jail I will get my money back but please avoid

Update again asking for copies of papework that have been dent numerous times..now wait for another 3 days...at all cost do not use this site they are scammers dont know how they are still going..

Joined Red Lion recently. Landed lucky on a sports bets within the first few bets placed... unusual! It was only when it came to wanting to withdraw that I stumbled across the various awful reviews about the site being a complete scam. The limit of withdrawing £500 at a time is obviously a delaying tactic, which will tempt people to gamble away their winnings, so that’s not great at all. Got to say though, I exchanged a few emails with their support, and got fairly prompt and helpful replies. I made a £500 withdrawal request... it sat pending for a couple of days, then cleared. The following day the money was in my account. Not sure if I’ve just been lucky, but the experience I had was pretty standard compared to other UK based sites. Got the next withdrawal pending now... will see how that goes!

I signed up carefully to the site, ensuring i didn't sign up to any bonuses, as didnt want to be tied into any dodgy withdrawal practices - where they refuse to let you withdraw.

I experienced a painful process of registering and swnding documents to be eligible for withdrawals.

The maximum withdrawal is £500. The initial withdrawal took approximately a week to enter my account.

Then the problems started.

Money started being taken from my bank account fraudulently, so i had to cancel my cards.

Then during a failed deposit transaction of £250x2, they actually took the money from my account. After contacting the bank, they finally admitted they had taken the £500 and credited my betting account with £250. The other £250 is still missing.

Their customer service is atrocious. Only contactable by email, they often just ignore. When they do respond its a stock message or not helpful.

I have won large amounts on this site - approx £2000 at times. It took me approximately 40 days to receive all that money, after huge delays with withdrawals.

They are the most dishonest and untrustworthy company ive come across.

You have to tread carefully with them, as you fear they will cut you off completely and steal your money.

Anybody thinking of playing at any non-gamstop casinos DON'T as you WILL get scammed. If you feel you can control your gambling (questionable as you signed to Gamstop) then the only genuine way is a crypto casino. You would need a VPN and the ability to purchase crypto currency. SCAM SITE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Made a deposit of 25.00 and lost. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I deposited. I supplied all documents for a withdrawal but as you all say, no money came back from them. Also, I was playing a couple of games where when on the bonus round, the winnings were being deducted from my balance, that is the absolute truth.
