I recently deposited some money into red lion casino, 2 of my deposits of £50 Were taken twice from my account without me realising and I put a further £50 which failed to even show up in the account, they have robbed me of £150 and will not respond to my emails, please avoid like the plague as this site is run by theiving scumbags.

This place is not legit they took my deposit and won't respond but have previously responded, this company needs to be shut down

Made a considerable deposit. Satisfied all identification purposes. Won almost 2000, to then be told that this was all bonus winnings and could not be withdrawn. They are a scam outfit. The winnings were made on live table games, which do not allow the use of bonus funds. Explained this in various emails. Account was abruptly closed and an aggressive email back.

Not registered with UKGC. Servers based in Cyprus, all games are unlicenced copies (meaning they control outcome on every interaction) with owners tied to Russian gangsters. Kiss goodbye to any money you deposit, and also your bank and ID details.

I feel bad for not reading the comments before depositing.
I deposited 50£ first time and lost it in couple hours.
Deposited another 50£ for some sport bets. The money went out from my bank but were not in my bookies wallet.
They yet to respond to my emails and its been 2 days. I would suggest people learn from other mistakes and don't come close to this cheating company.

Does anyone have an email address for this casino? I have read the reviews and it may be pointless but want to email them to close my account. Noticed there isnt the function to do this on the site and there are no contact us links or details on the site.

Deposited £50 then £54 came off, won a couple of hundred and waited 6 days for the pending withdrawal and a further 2 weeks and still nothing,

This site accepts UK players despite not being regulated by the UKGC. The UKGC have confirmed that this is illegal and that they are breaking the law by accepting, advertising or transacting with UK players.

Their site states that they are licensed in curacao however Curacao E-gaming have also confirmed that they are not licensed by them and any reference to curacao is false and misleading.

I complained to the casino, and after 6 emails they responded saying they are a panama registered company. I asked for my deposits back citing the non licensed aspect of their business.

I received a response from their supposed VIP manager James who basically said that it waa my fault and that the deposits would not be refunded. He accused me of acting fraudulently and said that he was unwilling to speak with me anymore.

I have emailed all of the supposed gaming software providers such as netent and merkur to find out if the games they provide are fraudulent.

This company know they are acting illegally by accepting UK players, they refuse to provide license details when asked. They do not offer self exclusion unless you contact support who do not respond.

I have informed the UKGC and Curacao Egaming. All the software providers and im seeking legal advice as we speak.

Do not, not matter how much of a gambling urge you have waste your hard earned cash. They will steal your money, not respond. My deposits were in chinese yen!

Once I have an update from the software providers I will update this review.

Hopefully they respond to this review and provide a proof they are acting legally. Some public facing PR to dispute the evidence would be interesting but I doubt that will happen.

I made a few £50 deposits and decided to set a deposit limit. I contacted them asking for a £200 per month limit and they replied saying that they couldnt set that limit as it was too low!!! Because of this i just asked to be self excluded (asked 4 times now) and they just ignore the request.
Also since depositing at this casino i have had to close my bank account and open a different account as i had around £300 taken in a number of fraudulent transactions all originating in Russia. This could be a coincidence but im not so sure judging from the other reviews.

They do not pay out winnings they're a scam! I made a withdrawal 2 weeks ago but no money paid out and no meaningful response!!

Update: after a month, constant pestering and messaging the have finally paid out. I had reported them to Curacao licencing so not sure if its anything to do with that. I spoke with the UK gambling commission and apparently they aren't registered to operate in the UK market. Beware

They don’t reply to e-mails, I deposited £50 and won £200, however they block you from withdrawing until they receive documents. You provide documents and you never hear back. I have disputed the deposit transaction with my bank, and got my money back. Anyone else who is scammed dispute the transaction with your bank and get your money back! Just a note: regulated casinos in the UK are not allowed to block withdrawals asking for documents!! Stay clear guys

I made a deposit for £50, was debited for £54.26 and the payee was a company in Moscow. 😡😡😡

I registered there and made deposits and played and lost the money and decided to ask close account but despite emailing then several times they have not had the decency to reply back but they managed to reply before when i had deposit/bonus query. therefore i would not deposit here as the have no live chat and seem just after your money and there is no information where company is based just money out of my bank has been taken in Lagos Nigeria. Until they close my account this review remains here to warn other players.
