Just to clarify, your order was placed on Sunday 11th and was received by us on Monday 12th. It was then processed and dispatched by our team via Royal Mail the following day, Tuesday 13th.
Unfortunately, once an item has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our direct control. We do appreciate how frustrating this can be, especially when working to a deadline, and we’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
