Simply an excellent product and superb service by the team at The Rib Man!

Bought this for my husband and couldn’t be happier!

The Kamado is AMAZING! We have used it loads already and only had it a couple of weeks. Nice size for 3-4 people.

Also the service from the Ribman team has been brilliant and they helped me source a stand for the Kamado!

After so much excitement and anticipation of wanting the Ribman, I eventually purchased the Daddy with Rotisserie Bundle, rrp £1500 but with £200 off, great value compared to the other main named Smokers on the market. The Ribman does look great in black however, after only one cook, the thermometer steams up and you couldn't see the temperature when cooking. The black ceramic outside case also splintered and now looks like its cracked forever. One of the nuts holding the main handle also popped off after I lifted the lid. I also managed to accidentally touch the lid gasket (my fault I know) with a hot server which has burnt through tearing the gasket. Another disappointment is that there are no real cooking instructions, you see the video cooking the Ribs (which makes your mouth water and makes you want to replicate them) but when you open your £1500 Ribman, you would expect some useful tips, a few example cooks would be good on different types of cooks but there is nothing to show how to replicate the cook in this video, you only receive examples of how to set up the equipment. I find it difficult to write this review as I'm only positive in general but I do feel disappointed with my purchase so far after reading so many good things about the Ribman. There are so many different names on the market, so I would advise reading up on different products to make sure you pick the right one for you. On a positive though, you cannot fault the service and communication that you receive and purchasing the Ribman.

Absolutely love it. Great packaging, easy to set up and wow, cooking on it is superb! Seared a tomahawk steak on it and I could have cooked on it for a further 3-4 hours !

Delivered well packaged...... Wasnt hard to build up...... Good solid Kamado and so far a few good cooks......Holds temp well..... plenty of extas with it where they wouldnt be included in the price with others.

The guys have been very helpful and really appreciate their input, product is extremely robust and you get everything in the order so nothing else to worry about, super quick delivery as well

The service was excellent, delivery was quick and the BBQ is excellent quality. The only thing that could do with slight improvement was that I wasn't notified what day it was being delivered. I did get an email telling me it was shipped so knew it would only be a couple of days, luckily I was in when it arrived so it wasn't really much of an issue.

Definitely recommend.

A brilliant kamado , great grill accessories , delivery when it said and handled with care , after care from the support team is second to none , really pleased that I brought this kamado instead of other brands out there.

An excellent service and what appears from first use to be an outstanding product...
Build quality really good and the size is superb. Easy to put together - but def require 2 people!!
Customer service has been spot on with Sam and the team - with queries answered almost immediately...
It's an investment - but on first impressions a worthwhile one!

So there are a few things going on here. Firstly like most people I do my shopping on the internet over evenings and weekends. Sam from Ribman spent most of his Sunday answering my questions which was really appreciated. Then I placed the order and the delivery was despatched promptly and arrived when expected. Then during my first use I had a couple of questions so I fired off and email and Sam responded straight back with his mobile number saying that I should ring him with my questions so we had a lovely chat while I got my Ribman hot. They go out of their way with all of their service and he gave me some really useful tips and information. I’ve a long way to go with my Komado as it’s new to me but happy that I chose the Ribman!!
