Ordered From New York. Order took 13 days to get here, but they refunded my delivery and the Puffer is so sick

Recieved my Order! After 9 days, they advertised 2-7 working days .. Clothes are really GREAT, but delivery was a bit LONG

This company are the biggest scam artists I have ever come across.
I purchased a coat on 24/08 and they claim to ship “next working day” which is absolute rubbish. It’s currently 11/09 and still no delivery, I have emailed 4 times with no response, i messaged their Instagram which they post frequently on only to be told “I’ll flag it up” and now they are ignoring my messages.
Contact the police as they are breaking the law & steal your money. Also it’s worth contacting the financial obudsman as it costs the company £500 for each claim they get against them. Get this illegitimate business shut down.

Do not purchase anything from this company they have dissolved there company but are still trading on line u will not get your purchase

I’m still waiting for my order 5/6 weeks after placing. Two follow up emails chasing them have not been responded to. I’ve requested a refund as spent nearly £80 on nothing! Would not recommend this company at all. I am fuming 😡

The worst ever! Made an order for the stripe white hoodie on May 1st and still hasn’t come. Emailed multiple time and didn’t get a response each time and asked for a refund, still didn’t get a response. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all!

DO NOT USE - they take your money and don't provide the goods. I ordered on 19th July and am still waiting (despite the 2-7 days delivery promise). They ignored all my enquiries asking where the goods were then emailed me to say they had been shipped. The very next day they emailed to ask me to review the goods as I'd received them some time before. I advised nothing had been received and was asked for a tracking number and thankfully had the original order which said no tracking number had been assigned. They then said they would resend it and I was to wait a few days - needless to say it never arrived and they have continued to ignore my enquiries. My sister has had the same experience with them as we were buying birthday presents for my son!

Took ages to deliver and when I chased they were ever so rude basically saying you will get your items when you get them. I was waiting well over a month for delivery despite them reading my messages on Instagram and then posting irrelevant updates on their feed. Would never order from them again. Extra star for quality of garment as this aspect is good. No better than any other brand though so this backs up me not using them again!

What can I say that has not already been said!!!!
End of June received parcel of top and shorts, shorts too small - emailed them to ask for an exchange, nothing! emailed a further 2 times then received a "Hope you like your parcel" email!!!! Fuming sent a reply to that email explaining and they sent one back saying "we dont understand what you want" after another 2 emails I have sent the shorts back, 5 days later no replacement shorts, sent another email and have been told they have been delivered WHICH THEY HAVE NOT!!! waiting on a reply to yet another email asking for proof! Going on holiday today so fuming my son hasnt got these!

Still awaiting a refund/ exchange / voucher code from Dec 2021. £100 down and about 20 emails later no reply. How can they keep getting away with taking money.

Scammers. Took my money and never sent a product or answered any communication. I had to report them to my bank to get a refund

I’ve ordered a tracksuit on the 15th of July and I got a email then on the 22nd saying my order had been shipped. It’s august 2nd and I still haven’t got it. I emailed them twice waiting for a response but I never got one.

I have been waiting since early June for an order. I was asked to write a review , even though I hadn't received the sweatshirt. which had been ordered for 18th birthday present.
I was told would be sent tracking - received nothing. No response to emails advising not received either.
Shocking customer service

This company is ‘Absolutely Shocking’… still waiting on a reply about two items which I ordered, It has been months ..one on a tracksuit that I ordered that didn’t match, and two a hoody that I paid for and didn’t even receive..do not warrant any stars at all …

Reliable clothing with fast and secure delivery

They took over a month to deliver and I paid for express delivery 3-7days delivery. Bad customer service, there's no call contract except emails.
