My last order was delivered from…
My last order was delivered from Connecticut. It has the right core size, the paper was flat and the end of roll pink marking was perfectly on the right spot. This time, the paper was delivered from Mahwah, NJ. The cores were too small, so we cannot use the whole roll of paper and the paper curl up. I wish I can control which merchandise that I received.

I've ordered multiple times in past and each time they came in the same exact box. This time the two cases came in separate shipments, each in a larger than needed box with the rolls just tossed in a plastic bag. Our order came when it said it would
Our order came when it said it would, my only issue is box was beaten up and the rolls literally look like they were picked off a storeroom floor. Product is completely fine though and we will order again!
