Amy was the woman that assisted me with my order . I asked her to duplicate my previous order and she did . When that order arrived it was the wrong size ( all my fault because I forgot that I had changed processor machine since I had last ordered ) she quickly and pleasantly helped me get it corrected , reordered and returned ! She was amazingly helpful to a computer stupid person (me ) she never made me feel bad about how I wasn’t able to help myself figure it out . WONDERFUL!!!!!
