Great product!!! Perfect compact size for a large coffee and keeps the coffee at the desired temperature, I have tried it after 5 hours and the coffee was still perfectly hot!

Generally I am pleased with this purchase though it is a little small (my fault, I could have checked the dimensions). It keeps stuff hot for a useful length of time. Perhaps the base could be strengthened - though it has a low centre of gravity, it is still quite easy to topple over.

Returned an item over 10 days ago - no refund. Provided proof of postage. Still no refund. However was resolved eventually with helpful staff. Shame fir delay but they explained
