We transitioned from using firewood 24/7 in a slow combustion to heat our main living areas as it was becoming more expensive, more burdensome to maintain physically, was always dusty inside and ecologically polluting. We wanted radiant not convection heating as we prefer there to be no droughts or cold areas/walls/floors/furniture and as these Yali heaters act like individual hydronic heaters we gravitated to them.
We Installed two heaters with Wi-Fi connectivity (2000W and 1500W) about two years ago, and we are still very happy.
As we live in the Central Highlands of Victoria, our weather can fluctuate all seasons eg heaters are needed even in summer, and we have a very long cool to very cold season.
We use the Unisenza Smart Home Gateway app and have them set all-year-round at 20°C during the day, lowering them to 18°C in the later evening and then over-night to 14°C. This makes it very easy to gradually raise the ambient temperature back up, in the early morning, ready for daytime comfort.
Our electricity bills for heating have been less also particularly taking the cost of firewood into account. We have a 11kW solar panel system that helps supplement any costs when sunny.
We use a sunroom with a ceiling airer for all of our washing (also including bedding etc for a small B&B) as it is too cold to dry outside anything at the height of winter. One of the heaters facilitates drying most things overnight even at 14°C.
The kitchen adjacent to the living areas is easily heated via two small inside windows which reduces costs also.
We are very happy and intend to replace the existing convection wall panel heaters in the B&B when the time comes.

I installed Thermosoft’s heaters in my 3 bedroom unit 2 years ago, plus a heated towel rail. The unit had only split system heating in the main living area and I was pretty sure it wouldn’t be adequate.
This winter (2024] has been a very cold one, and I have been so delighted with the heating I have. It is noiseless, efficient but unobtrusive and the heating units just fade into the background. There is toasty warmth in every room without noise or fans. Even better than gas central heating, and comparable to my previous house where I had hydronic heating but at a much higher price.
There is a control panel (or individual controls on each heater) but I usually control it from my iPad, turning the units I want on and off, setting the temperature individually up and down. And I get lovely warm towels after a shower, plus can hang damp things on the towel rail to dry if needed.
The company was very good - helpful to deal with, grave me excellent advice on the number of units and where to install them) did exactly what they promised and kept their word. The installer was super helpful, very nice to deal with and explained how to use the controls well.
The one thing I wish was a little better is the app to control the units. There’s a couple of functions I wish it had, such as the ability to group units and then control them all with one touch, but not there. But this is a relatively small complaint and overall, terrific heating. And with solar panels, not horribly expensive to run.
Mostly, I set them on 18C, and only very occasionally need to adjust the 2 in the large living area slightly higher. And during this this cold winter, a godsend.

We reviewed 24/6/24 very concerned about delays for installation of our heaters. We gave a low star rating at that time
27/6/24 the heaters have been installed and are now heating our house.
Although work pressures delayed the installation, the result has been great thank you.

Installer was excellent. He was very helpful informative and made the installation and the whole connection to the Wi-Fi etc very simple. He also helped and explained how to set up a program for the heating to come on and off as we required.

Tony arrived on time and installed my heaters right where we wanted them. Set up was a breeze and they look great.
My rooms are now warm and cosy. Couldn’t be happier with the service or the heaters.

Matt from Thermosoft has been fantastic in helping us with deciding how to set up our home. We capped our gas and wanted to move to oil radiators but feared the costs. I am finding them more efficient than reverse cycle but also no noisy air from the ducts and radiant heat is very different to reverse cycle, much nicer to walk into. From first contacting Thermosoft to discuss their products, the whole experience was first class. we carried out a video chat to discuss the floor plan that I had submitted and the product they suggested was correct for the installation. Discussions were transparent and very informative. After coming to an agreement as to the final product selection, the process went very smoothly and we received our units. They work very well and provide a comfortable heat for the 3 areas we required heating in.

The end product is brilliant, the process to actually purchase was long and drawn out. Too many people where involved in trying to get a simple quote, then when I did want to proceed, the delay in the sales person reading my proceed email meant that the stock was sold. I settled on another style to simply get something! Accessing the showroom was comical, always closed whilst a person was on the phone inside looking at me trying to get inside to look around, and zero communication after paying in full and placing the order worried me. The product finally turned up randomly one day. Not a seamless experience.

Heaters are great, warm, can run them on a schedule, heat at random times using timer mode, easy to use, great to individually heat different spaces. Love the heaters, the app and also the towel warmers
