I have been ask by thermo technica to provide more info to better understand my experience. Well my experience with this company is the worst I have ever had. If they do not get it by now after all the exchange of emails there is something up with them. Apparently if I did not respond my original review would be delete. That is the reason for this one. I stick by my first review

What a great company to deal with
What a great company to deal with, extremely helpful (and clearly technically knowledgeable) on the phone with tips on how to easily remove the old heating elements on my truema combi 6e, received the new heating elements bang on time to the correct address, i haven't fitted them yet but from the professional service i received both online and over the phone i have full confidence that they will work just fine and i wont freeze to death this winter.

Sadly let down by the Royal Mail 48hr delivery that I paid extra for.
My package was dispatched same day, Thursday. It arrived five days later. A little longer than purchased 2 days then.
So much for good service from Royal Mail. More expense for me. Cost for a fitter, that had nothing to fit. Plus the wait for him to get back to fitting my heating elements.
Best laid plans!!

To be frank what didn’t go wrong I purchased a heater/ boiler with an advertised delivery date of the 29th of September but this transpired to be the date that the boiler was arriving at the warehouse. Expecting the said boiler /heater on the 29th I booked an engineer at 9.30 on the 30th to install the boiler, as the Motorhome was sold and to be collected later that day. On the 29th I contacted thero technica and spoke to a person called John explaining the situation to him ,I suggested as the situation was so time critical I was prepared to drive to Newton Abbot to collect the boiler myself,after several phone conversations he assured me that the boiler would be delivered by 10.30 am on the 30th to save me the journey up to NewtonAbbot.
The morning of the 30th the engineer turned up at 9.30 as arranged we waited for the delivery so we could install the boiler ready for collection later that day from the purchasers who were now on the train .at 10 45 I contacted John at Thermo Technica only to be told that the boiler couldn’t be delivered as promised and would be there the following day, I reluctantly paid the engineer £60 for standing round twiddling his thumbs for the hour we were waiting delivery.we then had to explain the situation to the purchasers on the train to collect the Motorhome, who decided they would collect it without the boiler, I then had to rebuild the dismantled bed ready for collection. We then had the problem of redirecting the boiler to their home address John then said the only way we could do this was to accept delivery and for me to arrange at my own expence the forwarding on to the purchasers.
This made me see red, I then told John ( the person I hold totally responsible for this messup ) as the boiler was not delivered within the agreed time frame I wished to cancel the order, who’s response was I would be charged a return fee from the delivery company.
I don’t know if the company are a sham or just their employee
