Easy to order. Very quick delivery. Excellent product at good price

Very quick delivery and a very good quality product.
I undertook the removal of the Truma Combi 6E unit from the caravan, stripped out the unit as necessary, to remove and fit the new heating elements myself, after being let down by an engineer in Cromer!
I looked on YouTube first and found a video doing the same job on a combi 2E which was excellent. Take your time, be gentle, to avoid damage and take photos before you dismantle so as to make sure you put connectors back in the correct positions. The best tip I found was in the comments on the video from a gentleman who had spoken to someone at Thermo Technica who said before attempting to remove the elements, carefully cut through the 'U' end of the elements. I used a junior hacksaw taking care not to catch any other part, a pair of small bolt croppers would be ideal. I was able to pull each part out easily, with a pair of grips.
The new elements fitted easily and everything fitted back together without any drama and unit back in the caravan working 👌. Thank you to the man who posted the video, the man that posted the tip comment and of course Thermo Technica.
