Product,delivery good,email responce poor
Ordered the item from there site as the picture and description matched my failed part perfectly,upon receiving my item I wad shocked to find it was different.i sent an email to them but no responce at all.but under my own research I found that this item was an upgraded part,and upon fitting the part it works perfectly.so I'm very happy with the product.but it would of been nice for a reply explaining this,it would of stopped me worrying and saved me a lot of time.
Communication on dispatch and delivery was excellent.

Thermo Technica responded fast and I was able to track the package when it were in the hands of Royal Mail. But.... after it landed here in Iceland it took a long time to reach me. I received it on 16th of June.
I waited with my replay until I had received the package. All look well and long time waiting was not caused by Thermo Thenica ---- Thank you all.

A great replacement for my old Trauma
Bought a thermo technica boiler about a month ago for my motorhome. Direct replacement for my trauma 6e. A few small hiccups but having spoken to Malcolm all matters resolved quickly. Great value, great after sales service. At the moment can,t fault thermo technica

Beware Combi 6DE NOT Truma
We were looking for a Truma Combi 6DE, when this website came up. The product appears on their website and is almost exactly same in appearance. They label their own product as Combi 6 DE. In the small print detail it is now described as ‘similar to’ Truma Combi 6DE. Sold at a slightly cheaper price as a genuine Truma.
We purchased this product under the belief that this was a Truma product as it was advertised as a Combi 6DE annd the Truma trade mark is used ancross the website. Our bad!
We got sent their own branded Combi 6DE. We did not bother taking it out of the box and sent it straight back.
This is NOT a Truma Combi 6DE, it is this companies own version. Very inferior in quality in our opinion. For a couple £100 extra, get the genuine version!
