Mis-representation of den. Images depict a large sturdy den that fits a couple of kids.
The reality is poxy little straws and tiny little plastic balls that are only good enough to build dens for toys, not children. Not robust. Not large. Eff-ing awful.

Should have checked here first! As 90% of reviews have said please avoid, don't use etc etc. Same bad experience for us.

Don’t buy from this company!
They state 1-3 days (working day delivery) this is false advertising!
Brought and paid for an item 20th September
I have waited almost 4 weeks and nothing!
Got my bank involved now to get my money back, thankfully I have correspondence from this company saying in one email they will refund me and then back tracking and telling me to be patient my item is on way!
No tracking number and shop who I paid via weren’t interested either

Unfortunately there isn't a zero star option. I stupidly bought 2 items from this store before checking trust pilot. They have never arrived and no one has responded to any of my emails requesting either an update on delivery or a refund. COMPLETE SCAM

Please read these reviews before buying. This company sends out the wrong item, tries to offer you 20% off if you keep it. Doesn't answer emails for days and even when sending back the incorrect item as requested does not refund. I received the wrong item over five weeks ago and have still not received a refund or had any answer from them for over a week, even tho they have received the order back. They are compllete scam artists - spend your money elseewhere.

Poor product, misleading information, uncaring, impersonal and unreasonable attitude. Avoid!

The knee braces were not as advertised. They didn't fit (despite following the sizing guide), and were of poor quality. Theroflex breached its own 30 day guarantee and 'easy returns' process.

The website's sizing guide is unreliable (going by weight instead of measurement), so I chose the wrong size. The product that arrived was not branded Theroflex, as advertised, but 'GymYog'. It didn't feature the anti-slip silicone in the product description, and there were no instructions.

The web description also says the straps can be attached anywhere, but I found if they ever stick to any fabric besides the front velcro pad, they will cause fluffing damage. It is nigh on impossible to prevent this happening. There are no instructions or warnings about this on the website or in the packaging.

I was refused a replacement or refund because I had tried the supports on and this fluffing had occurred. They told me I wasn't eligible for a refund/replacement because I had used them. I had only tried them on!

Their support team's emails were very slow to arrive, and written in an impersonal manner, not at all reflecting the caring company image they try to portray online.

Really surprised that a company providing wellness products can care so little about its customers.

The firm advertises next day delivery. Having sustained an injury I needed a knee brace. Therodlex were recommended by my physio.
The knee brace did not arrive. After 6 days I asked and was told it was coming. It never arrived. I asked for a refund. They begrudgingly gave me one. Order placed 19th September refund on 10th October.
Their behaviour was appalling. After 9 days they said it was still being delivered. If they offer fast delivery they should honour it or admit that they can’t.

I placed an order on 17th Sept 2024 and it is now 15th Oct and I am yet to receive my order. Despite emailing the company twice I am yet to receive any updates on my order. I would not recommend purchasing anything with this company

It's a scam the website looks legitimate and I made the mistake of placing an order along with a work colleague it's a total scam they took the payment four weeks ago and I haven't received anything I've emailed them numerous times and Nothing don't waste you're time and lose you're money

If I could rate this a 0 I would. COMPLETE SCAM OF A COMPANY DO NOT USE! I purchased an air wrap and then saw some reviews so requested a refund immediately. The company didn't respond for 2 days and stated it had already been sent. Awful return process! Then they say the product has been used because the box was cracked!!!! The product has most definitely not been used as the review I saw said the product set on fire so I didn't want to use their awful product. Do not touch this company. Complete scam!!!

Still awaiting delivery after payment made. It was promised next day but now it's a week later. I emailed 3 times but they ignored them until I sent the third one, then I received a reply after I threatened to take the matter further. It said to wait a further 2-3 days for the delivery, I will take the matter further if it doesn't arrive,

Totally dishonest company. Returned item unused in original packaging as it arrived too late for me to use. Used a Royal Mail tracked service for return as they specified I had too but they refused refund saying it was damaged in the post. I asked for photographic proof so I could claim via Post office but they have not responded nor have they sent any refund. Complete crooks.

Agree with most people here. Ordered a present for a little grandson’s birthday. Took my money very happily, since when, no delivery note, and no birthday present! The mobile number must be false as you can’t call them, and it take ages to get them to answer emails. I can’t review the product (Den Making Kit) as it hasn’t been received! I have gone to my credit card company, who are refunding my money.
I too wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Extremely disappointing and awful service.

Please avoid this company at all costs. With a promise of next day delivery, the parcel hasn't arrived 3 weeks later. The only way to contact this company is on email. They are not consistent with their replies either. There is no tracking number provider for the delivery, and all the company representative on email says is they are looking into it and tracking it (for 2 weeks!!!) With no further details or updates.

This company should be ashamed of conning people of their money.

This has been reported as fraud to my bank and they will be escalating this to their internal teams for further investigation.

Wish I had read reviews first before ordering because if we had we would never have used them, so beware.
Returned product, wrong size and posted tracked but it took them over 3 weeks to return replacement that still was not suitable. We yet again returned item, tracked, asked for a refund but they said it was over the 28 day period, due to them not sending the item sooner, therefore, not eligible for a refund, no item and no money!!
This Company needs investigating due to taking money by false deception.

Very dishonest marketing: they claim "free next day shipping" - now here I am 11 days later, no tracking, no delivery, no product and no help from customer service. AVOID this company.

Terrible terrible service. They come across really professional on their website but th customer service is atrocious.

Placed an order on the website over 4 weeks ago and no product or refund.

They tell me that they have proof of postage but can’t provide it

BEWARE ** SCAM SITE **

I bought a wrist brace size small as it said it was 15cm-26cm and my palm size is 18cm, it was absolutely useless, very loose, when I measured the brace it measured 18cm not 15cm as stated. I emailed them but only got told to either accept a discount on something else or return with a tracking number and will have to pay postage. After reading all the other reviews I’ve decided not to bother. This company should not be trading if they can’t refund properly if not satisfied.
