This company advertises next day delivery. It took two weeks to arrive. I had sent three emails which also took two weeks to be answered. They were all the same, full of customer satisfaction promises. And guess what, my product, when it finally arrived, was half the size of the one advertised. So I complained, three times before I got an answer. And the answer was to offer me a 10% discount. I turned it down and I’ve sent three more emails since. None of which have been replied to.
Stay miles away from this company. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.

Do not buy from this dodgy company I didn't read the reviews before ordering and they are all right the items are not shipped and the company does not reply to you, I'm going to contact my bank to get my money back.

Avoid this criminal enterprise as they only seem to steal money from you.

SCAM COMPANY!
Refuse to acknowledge return despite proof of delivery and tracking.
Taking to Court despite only £20 as they are a disgusting company.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY, bought a back support, instantly realised it was very poor quality and not fit for purpose, emailed Theroflex for instructions to return, they offered 40% refund and for me to keep product but I returned the item via tracked service, requesting a full refund. They now won't refund because they are saying the item has been worn, total lie as it was not even taken out of the packet, didn't need to as I could see it was so flimsy, don't waste your money, AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY.
As advised by my credit card company I Have now reported Theroflex to actionfraud police uk
Advise everyone to do this to close down this scam company.

I have been in touch for at least 5 times to get a refund for a hairdryer, but the customer service has not given me any valid reply. Each time, same reply will pop up asking me if it's still within warranty period and why do I want to return. I tried call their customer service number at +44 759 725 6049 but this won't work.

I have been emailing Theroflex because my order has not been delivered. This company is obviously dodgy.
My first order was via Amazon and it did arrive. My second order was through the Theroflex website and it is over a month since this order was made and my emails have not been answered and no goods sent to me. Warning do not order from this company.

Not even worth one star.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Ordered the childs swinging hammock for my disabled grandson. Next day delivery......which took 16 days! Item was a cheap import from China ( as stated on the bag) wrapped in a black bin liner. Fixtures and fittings were absent. Definitely would not trust the quality. Arranged a return and sent back at my own expense. Once they had recieved the item they claimed it had been used ( it hadnt) claimed it was not in the original packaging ( it was) and refused to refund me the £45. I paid with my credit card so will try to get it back through them and I have reported this scam of a company to Trading Standards.

If I could give a 0 I would! They claim they have a 30 day money back guarantee if a product is unsatisfactory. The product I ordered (5 in 1 hair styling kit) was USELESS. I returned the product tracked and never received my money back! Essentially they now have both the useless product and my money and NO ONE has replied to any of my emails

This company take your money and do not deliver, keep promising it is on the way and it never appears.

My complaint has been passed to the traders local Trading Standards office in London. If I may suggest others do the same, you can do this on line.

I sent the company an 'offical letter' template from Citizens Advice. I contacted my credit card company who refunded my money promptly. Amazingly the long awaited item arrived, the company immediately contacted me to reverse the credit card action!! As an honest person I wanted to advise my card company, however it is down to the trader to claim any money and takes 60 days, hopefully this is a lesson they may learn.

This company seems to be very untrustworthy or a scam. I made a purchase of a hair dryer and they stated free next day delivery. 8 days later and still no hair dryer and no way to track. I have asked for a refund but I am not hopeful. I will try to claim back via my credit card.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE!!! I bought the back and shoulder brace - its was completely useless. This came with no instructions in an unmarked plastic bag - no tags on the garment whatsoever! I returned this at my expense only to be told it had been worn and was not returned in the packaging they had sent it in - this is a complete lie!! Yes it had been tried on (which is what one has to do to see if it is suitable). Eventually they offered to refund 40% of the purchase price. Considering the fact that it cost me to return it - this was absolutely ridiculous so I stuck out for a full refund. I have now sent four e-mails over a four week period - the last one threatening them that I will take it further and that the Company should not be trading - still no reply whatsoever. It's got to the stage now that its definitely the principle of the way this Company trades and I intend to report them to Trading Standards I am aware that this is going to be a frustrating time consuming effort but I intend to persevere - these sort of Companies should not be allowed to continue trading!!! Pity I didn't read the reviews before I ordered. In future I will always refer to your site when I am buying from the Internet.

Ordered some copper gloves for a wrist injury that was causing pain. The website stated "next day delivery" it's nearly a week later and still not had any response from the company as to the whereabouts of said item. Requested a full refund...tbc

As promised here I am again! Finally got a response to reassure me gloves were on their way! 😂 Absolutely NOWHERE to be seen. AGAIN I requested a full refund d...tbc... will be taking matter to Trading Standards if no refund is made! 😡 There should definitely be a NO star review option 🤔

very disappointed with the service, ordered shoulder alignment from the website but its just waste of money and very uncomfortable, tried to contact customer service for a refund but no reply. would never recommend this website to anyone.

absolute disgrace all items fall to bits cheaply made with false advertising and never answer emails

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a 144 game fort piece set and got 120 piece set. You can’t get hold of anyone by email I’m in the process of going through the bank to get my money back. Total scam of a company. 😡

This so called company should be barred from advertising on the internet. They sell absolute rubbish and although they advertise 30 day refund period that’s non existent. They need tracking down and their so called business should be closed down.
DONT be tempted to purchase anything from them.

Item didn't turn up to begin with. Late delivery. Customer service took a long time to respond, then promised me it was on its way, still didnt turn up. Said they would send another item, told me it would be despatched in a couple of days (which is a joke given the delay) still delayed... 3-5 day delivery its been over a month and no refund and no product.
