Amaze-balls!!!!
My fiance loved it as his Christmas gift. I'm so happy about the purchase wish each lightsaber or lightsaber set came with its own collector's lockbox. We live in separate households but due to one case I have to leave mines with his.

They were very easy to work with
They were very easy to work with, they just took forever to ship because someone lost my package. I think that my experience was probably a fluke, so I would highly recommend them. I wish that I could do a 4.5 stars, but this is the closest.

Feel the Force
I bought a Luke Styled saber so it must just be in stock so shipping was fast. Metal handle is heavy but fantastic looking.
As expected from the site this isnt the best dualing saber but its good enough for fake fights with kiddo.
the app is a bit wonky and the blutooth connection is pretty spotty.
Everything else is great.

Cheap build for quality / cut myself in a very sharp edge
Received the order but the product is misleading from the images you see in the website. The lightsaber does not match the colors at all. The materials feel like plated plastic — the kind you get for a cheap shower head. If I knew the build quality, poor quality speaker, and the massive difficulty with using it (compared the Disney Galaxy’s Edge or Hasbro lightsabers), I would have never bothered. On top of that, I ended up cutting myself on a a very sharp corner and had to get it stitched up at Urgen Care. Truly disappointing. My order was order# ST4245630.

You messaged me about a week ago regarding a crushed package and damaged lightsaber, from there I inquired to have photos and details in order to get you sorted. I have not received anything from you since then. That's ok it might have been that you missed my reply but depending on the level of damage I would have recommended to not use it. That's indeed full aluminium built, not plated plastic, and sadly the reason why it can cut.
So I do not know why you didn't reply the first time, it might as well be my answer is in your spam inbox as it sometimes happen, but please do not keep on using or tweaking anything, even more so if you have some disabilities as you stated in your support request. Same caution principle also applies due to the very powerful lithium battery, if the saber's been crushed, the battery is a dangerous element if damaged and we absolutely need to have this checked before you do anything with it.
Look for my emails and please follow up so we can assess what's happened and make sure you're sorted.

Beyond expectations. Wow.
I did my research on this site for at least a week. Easy to assemble and customize through the app. The dueling sabers certainly can take a beating as long as you order and use accordingly. This is a lot of fun!! Truly surprised and completely satisfied. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Splendid Saber Factory Business
The katana lightsaber is my first metal lightsaber purchase, and The Saber Factory made it a terrific experience!
When I changed my mind about the blade length the day after placing the order, The Saber Factory adjusted my order quickly, one day after I sent the request!
From placing the order, it took 10 days for the lightsaber to arrive. It happened during my friend’s visit! It was sensational to hear her cheer with excitement over the device! We snapped several pictures of each other holding the dazzling glowing sword! Definitely a grand memory we have of time spent together!
At first, I disliked the complexity of the lightsaber’s electronics, but now I see having a lot to learn about the device keeps things interesting!
The katana lightsaber is super easy to disassemble and reassemble, allowing modifications like unscrewing the handguard and pommel to squeeze leather wraps onto the hilt!

The entirety of the saber is great!!! The design is nice and the only thing that I personally think is a slight issue is the circumference of the handle is a little big but that is to be expected. Overall wonderful product!!!
