You did good

You did good! Battery included, penetrating shrill sounding alarm will draw attention, plus the red flashing light, very good. And a good value, easily operated. One for my wife and one for my niece, they liked it.

Excellent Customer Service

Even though I clicked on the 15% coupon, I was still charged the full price. However, customer service immediately responded to my email and said they would gladly refund the difference.
