I must admit, I'd never heard of a beard roller but people in the know say they work so now I have one, very smartly presented in its box. Rapid delivery.

When completing an order there is no mention to say you can only collect items from the office at certain times.
Had to wait 2 weeks to collect due to work commitments, emailed them before hand. Turned up at 3pm and 3:45pm and nobody was there. Told them to post it to me instead. Absolute shambles.

Product was a gift so cannot comment however I have given feedback to Sardar Co that the Courier company used was slow… but product arrived in the end and looks nice.

I have been using The Sardar Co for a while now. Using their beard products and buying turbans from them since around 2018. I’ve never had any issues with receiving my parcels before however, this time I haven’t received my order and it is impossible to get a swift reply from them. I understand it’s the couriers fault for loosing the parcel (I’m assuming) however, it is their responsibility to rectify this and to offer a replacement order or a refund. As I mentioned before I’ve had no issues with ordering before but I feel as though a business thrives through their ability to rectify problems in a swift manner. The person I spoke to on the chat box feature took 3 days to respond and when they did respond said they are looking into it now and will get back to me, thought this would be an hour tops to look into and they would reply back yet it has been another 4 days since they last messaged and 14 days since I actually placed the order. The irony of whilst this is going on yet they are sending me emails asking me to leave trust pilot reviews or product reviews. Extremely surprised as there are now several competitors providing similar products cheaper (even within the Punjabi community), you would think they would be trying harder to win retain their customer base.

The coconut & Vanilla is now my favorite scent. Smells just as I would imagine. Delivered in a timely fashion. Will definitely be ordering again!!

Good packaging, delivery etc. the oils are a good consistency. However I bought a scent from them before and it was SO nice. I then went to buy some more and found out it was a limited edition and they no longer sell it. I bought a multipack of their beard oils they do now and nothing comes close to the coffee and walnut, like none of them. So strange to have such a great scent but not sell it all year round. Sort it out guys

Great quality products and they smell wonderful. I buy Sardar’s beard balm, beard wash and beard oil for my son and he loves them. I haven’t found any other products that are as nice as these. Great customer service and my orders always arrive very promptly. Thank you.
