There was an issue with delivery so we emailed you and advised that there was one bag missing and that it would be sent the next day separately, we also offered you a 25% discount code as way of an apology.
We're also sorry that the courier left the parcel outside, and while that's out of our control we appreciate your frustration.
We ship the bags in a 'plastic' biodegradable mailing bag which should be waterproof so we do hope the bags are all in good condition.
We believe you've received all the bags now, so if you're happy with them maybe they warrant more than a one-star review?
In any case we do hope you use your discount code and return to us in the future, thank you.

These bags are indeed great!
These bags are indeed great, hard-wearing (had previous one for years) and a useful size. I have only deducted one star as the shipping cost to Northern Ireland was shown as £6.99 rather than the £3-odd for mainland UK. When my parcel arrived via Royal Mail it was clear that the shipping cost was the same as the rest of the UK despite me being charged more. To be fair, when I complained, they refunded the difference to me immediately which was impressive customer service.

Hi Maureen, thank you for your review, I am sorry you feel the need to write this review as I explained to you when you emailed that different couriers charge different amounts to NI so depending who sends the parcel for us depends how much we have to charge, as yours was Royal Mail I refunded the difference straight away so feel that this review is somewhat unwarranted as I did explain why and you did receive a refund for the postage difference.
