Top notch service!
Shrimp 🦐 - You can tell the care the shrimp have within the facility is top notch. They come delivered in prestine condition and I have not had a single shrimp that has been bad quality.
Delivery - delivery the shrimp factory always take the shrimps best interests as top priority they come fast and the packaging is incredible.
communication - I have spoken with alot of sellers within the aquarium grade and James is always amazing communication fast and always willing to go above and beyond to help you out!

From winning the auction to arranging delivery, the whole experience has been excellent. James was brilliant throughout—communication was clear and prompt, and he was more than happy to delay delivery until a day that suited me.
Fantastic service from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend The Shrimp Factory highly enough, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

My customer experience started off with emailing The Shrimp Factory and discussing what I was looking for and i explained what my plan was for the Shrimp. I went to the website and looked through the great catalogue of shrimp, my plan changed from my initial plan, and I continued to place a order as my initial request was out of stock.
I got a email informing me that they could make a limited number available of what I wanted, so I was over the moon.
My order was promptly shipped to me. My order was very well packaged in gret materials, totally different and better than I have previously received shrimp, it is very professional and a lot of care had been given to make sure the shrimp was delivered with good care. I am very impressed with ordering from the Shrimp Factory, I will be back in the future to place other orders. Thank you very much 😃

Received my order yesterday and wow. I ordered 2 OE Red Demon and 2 yellow GE, on arrival they eyes were black but soon reverted back to their natural colour. What stunners these shrimp are!

Received everything I ordered, all alive, very quick delivery. When the shrimp coloured up you can really tell the difference from your normal fish shop shrimp. 11/10

Shrimp arrived and look fine and healthy

I've bought from the Shrimp Factory twice now and both times it's been a breeze. Extremely quick delivery and tracked with Royal Mail so i know when to expect them. 100% survival rate during shipping and i even ended up with an extra couple of stowaways! The shrimp are all happy, immediately eating and zooming about and one has eggs after only a fortnight. Same goes for the snails, immediately active and eating, not appearing to have noticed their journey at all. well packaged in little bags within a polystyrene box and bags taped in to place to stop them rolling around. I saw another review saying the package was hard to open up but i don't think it is if you're just careful. Which you should be anyway given that it contains livestock. Zero complaints, very happy, would 100% use again if i set up another tank. Thanks so much. x

All shrimp come alive and healthy, already start eating after transfer to my tank.

The seller always send the shrimps well packed so they don’t get hurt or killed in transit, always clear instructions how to acclimate them one they arrive and the prices are so competitive. Would highly recommend.

After having issues with previous sellers, I found Shrimp Factory and was impressed by their website. They looked like they knew what they were doing with regards to lines, and their photos looked really high-grade. Their descriptions make out they are the ones breeding them, which I later found out to be false. I ordered some expensive OE shrimp from them, blues and reds. The shrimp that arrived were mostly low-grade shrimp, and many of them did not have orange eyes. I also received blue rillis, which they argued was impossible, again, not the high-grade shrimp they display on their page. I contacted them about it they said it could take a week for them to get the eyes back. On further research, I found articles by Michael Häsler that say that they should get eye colour back within hours, or a day or two at most, and that shrimp that have grey eyes should never happen. The article suggests requesting photos of the shrimp before they sent, I had already asked this, and they had refused. My shrimp never recovered their orange eyes. Their response at first was to cull. 16 GBP per shrimp and they suggest oh, just cull. After sending multiple videos, they resent some of each shrimp, these arrived leaking everywhere, they did apologize, but said "But least they were just in enough water". The red shrimp I have purchased are different to all my other colonies, they never come out of hiding, the blues are a lot better but the quality of them are bad. From what I can work out they sent the results of their own breeding project from the DIY kits Michael sells. Despite this, I trusted them to send another order, which they refused after taking my money. This was the final straw for me. This company does not sell high grade shrimp, and does not sell anywhere near what the pictures show on their website. They have copied and pasted Michaels descriptions which make it seem like they are the ones that have done the breeding and written articles about them. This is a very saddening experience, as based on the info and pics on their website I believed they were a respectable seller and searching for a good supplier was over. Do not order from this company.

Good communication, healthy shrimp, and even a couple of unexpected extras. Everything arrived extremely well‑packaged. Ordering livestock through the post can feel nerve‑wracking, but they were quick, reassuring, and clearly know how to ship shrimp safely.

Every order has been very quick, packaged better than anywhere else I've ever used, and all shrimp healthy, happy and beautiful.

Customer service is exceptional and you can tell that the company really cares about providing industry-leading service, I won't go anywhere else.
