After many emails between us, you are aware that I submitted a claim form on your behalf with Royal Mail. Despite the overwhelming proof of delivery, a photo taken by the postman on delivery, GPS coordinates and it being Tracked 24, I still made a claim on your behalf.

A brilliant company, I was a subscriber of the lite sampler, which offers tasty cigars below usual cost with speedy delivery! Unfortunately due to quite severe financial circumstances I've had to cancel my subscription for now but I eagerly await the near future when I can subscribe again.

sorry there was an issue.
We use Royal Mail 1st class signed for which is stated at check out. The processed email means the order is dispatched.
Parcels mostly arrive the next day but in some cases the post is a little slower and we cannot anticipate that which is why we can’t estimate arrival.
